All their records are on paper so if you want a copy of prescription you have to come in to get the paper copy bc they don't have a fax machine. When you come to get it, they don't have a copy of it in your file so you then wait for the dr to be done with his appt so he can write out your prescription. That is assuming they can find your file(they searched for 2 weeks trying find my sons file so we could new contacts. I have been trying to get a copy of my prescription for several days with no success.

The older woman working that side of the store was sitting at one of the photo kiosk pulling pictures from what I perceived as her phone and never once looked up, even when I walked over and saw the Walgreens logo on her shirt.
