Just the most awful service by ryan...he clearly was being lazy bc system was slow so said he cld not really help me but when he asked rep next to us who was helping couple the rep said well i just waited when he asked him what he did...not ryan ...pretty much get out...anyway long story but the guy is arrogant, belittling, and real jerk...yes jerk...he looks you up and down and i guess i did not fit the look of anyone who thgt worth helping..tt guy named michael after on phone to report...said thats terrible was going to tt ryan right after and then call ne bk...nooe no call nothing.. alm just lies and creeps who do not care Walk away find another place but nit here...just jerks read more

I went in Monday December 22 to upgrade from my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Sat down w an associate and wanted to upgrade to the iPhone 17 pro max and it didn't seem like an issue. the guy went into the back grabbed a phone and watch and convinced me to add the watch to my plan. Apparently you don't activate your new phone or anything in store anymore so I had to go home to do so, which isn't an issue. I got home, opened the iPhone and started the transfer process and it went great. A little while later on that night I noticed I had received the pro model not pro max like I had asked and was told I was getting. Fast foreword to the next day and I went back in after work and explained the situation, the worker went into the back to grab the iPhone 17 pro max but they apparently didnt have any. The worker informed me of that which wasn't a big deal, I'll go to a different AT&T store to get the correct model that I had asked for and was told I was getting originally. The worker then informed me that since the box was opened and I had used it (there's no way to tell which model was in the box to me, no markings of the model) that I would have to pay $50 for a restocking fee or something along those lines. I was immediately upset, I had just been lied to about getting the pro max version originally (store didn't have any) and was convinced into adding the Apple Watch to my plan w the new iPhone. The original worker must've known they didn't have the pro max and still proceeded to move along w the upgrade and convinced me to get the watch also to get a sale and cut of commission on the sale which was messed up from the get go. I do not recommend this store, they do not care if you get the correct phone you're wanting and then will continue to screw you out of money for a return on their own screw up. I will never be returning to this store and am thoroughly upset with how they handled everything. I'd give a 0 star review if possible. Usually i am very happy when i leave an att store as the employees do their best to be helpful. Today was the exact opposite. The service i received from the manager was horrible. I later learned at a different store all that i needed was my pin reset then everything else could be handled. The manager knew my pin was not working and he couldn't be bothered to let me know how easy it would be for him to help me reset it. he then started lying about me making threats. I am a 100% disabled Veteran with ptsd and when someone makes the kind of threats that can be life altering i do not react well. We exchanged some words including after him asking if a vehicle was mine and i said no he called me a liar. (it was not mine). He eventually went in back and i left and went to the side walk to cool off. That was not good enough for him. The rest will be settled in the courtroom. read more

Fortunate. That's how I feel to have this store as our neighborhood AT&T location. For 10 years now, I have stopped in to either pay our bill in person, check out new plans for wireless services, to review the most up to date tv packages or get assistance with my phone. Norm is our 'go-to' guy. He is incredibly patient with me being all things tech are not my specialty. Thanks Norm for finding my family the perfect package of tv/internet/wireless at a much better price and explaining the phone insurance plan! read more

All I can say is wow just when you think customer service can't get any worse. My Aunt recently pass away and she was an ATT/Direct TV subscriber so we cleaned out my Aunt's home came across the ATT equipment and felt we needed to do the right thing and return these items to ATT. So a week ago I called ATT customer service in how to go about this and after 45 min on the phone they said I needed to go to an ATT store. So we got all the stuff from her home (2 hours away) and hurried to our local ATT store so not to be too close to closing time arrived about 1/2 before. When we arrived at the store there was a woman near the back of the store nearly laying across one of the tables. She saw us and put her phone down and came up to us to see if she could help. I explained my Aunt had passed away and ATT customer service said we should go to an ATT store to take care dropping off their equipment and closing the account. I had my Aunt's bill in hand and who I spoke to at ATT customer service. I told the store employee what we were there for and why because of my Aunt's passing and that's when things went bad. She never said sorry about your Aunt's passing which every other company has I have contacted about her affairs. She then said "we don't care about deceased peoples equipment". I was in shock at her attitude. I said then I should just take it to Best Buy and have it recycled she said that's fine real snippy. Well then I said can we take care of closing the account? She then said do you have a Power of Attorney? (of course a POA is only good while someone is living). I said no she then said well it's company policy to have one I can't help you too much fraud out there. I wasn't looking for a refund or anything just trying to return equipment and close a poor lady's account that pass away. By this time I was so upset I grabbed the equipment and left the store as the store employee was saying something to me but didn't know what. Then my wife noticed I had the equipment in hand she said you need to go back and do the right thing and return their stuff I agreed. I went back in the store and the employee saw me she threatened to call the police. So I set the equipment down on the nearest counter turned and went toward the door. Saddened and frustrated I did say boy there is no need to act like that. As i got back in my car to leave the store employee stood by the window watching me for some unknown reason very strange. I will never deal with ATT again we were actually considering switching to Direct TV being Costco members and the good deal they have....well not anymore! read more
