Was told the only fee would be $50 for a restocking fee. This am I found my phone and brought it the new 17 iPhone to return it and activate my old phone / receive my refund. I was told today it's impossible to return the $1,000 fee. I was not happy and called customer service, the rep through Verizon was helpful & told me to go back to the store as they can refund me. The "manager" was extremely rude to myself and the Verizon rep. She even told me they would not help me & told me to leave, even after the Verizon rep was willing to walk her through the process. I have never been treated so poorly by any business & will be taking further action.

There is NOBODY ELSE in my household and I don't game. My internet apparently ran out of available data for the month and now I can't so much as watch Netflix. When I tried to cancel they told me I only had 15 days to return my router and now in order to cancel I have to pay them $300 to purchase their router. I had no idea their service was going to stink until day 28 when they turned the data faucet off. STAY AWAY!

After decades with Spectrum and extortionary costs, along with dismal in town (Appleton) speeds…read more(contrary to what they advertise), we finally switched to TDS. Our monthly cost have gone from $250/ month to $50 a month which is guaranteed for 2 years. We still get all the streaming services as before (using Roku stick for both services.) Best of all our internet speed has gone from 60-75 Mbs to 500 Mbs upload as tested with a speed tester. What's really unbelievable is that we waited so long to do this. And having to going in to the Spectrum store in Appleton (which is mandatory to discontinue the service) we did not complain and were friendly, being happy to be rid of this costly and terrible internet speed service. The agent on the other hand looked like he was a ticking time bomb ready to explode at any second. Even though it was a terrible visit experience, we were just as happy coming out of the store as going in, being relieved at having made this switch.

I left my used box with an employee at the store and he told me to take it back that he wouldn't give me credit! I walked out without it!! I did receive credit! I won't ever go into another Spectrum store. They can come to my house and replace the equipment.
