I was in this store on 1/18/22 at about 3:00 pm I visited 2 AT&T stores today. This one was first and was not as bad as my second interaction but I would still not recommend this store and will never go back. It seems like AT&T just wants everyone to do things online because their clerks are barely trained, barely polite and barely coherent. I went in looking for a new iPhone. They didn't have it in stock, which was fine. I asked about pricing and (surprise) was given vague numbers and told "I'm not sure". When I asked what the total per month added to the bill would be he said I already told you. I said I'd like to know the total with the tax and any additional fees. His answer was "I can't predict taxes"..... has this young man heard of sales tax? It's a set percentage added to most things a human being purchase in the United States and it's been in place for A LONG TIME! I also explained to him that my AT&T account had the wrong phone listed in it and that when I tried to do things online it said I had an iPhone 6, not an iPhone X. Instead of offering to look into that issue or dare I say fix it, he said "I don't know". I was baffled by his lack of care for anything I asked and confused about why he kept walking away from me and the phone I was asking questions about. At that point I had, had enough and I told him that to forget it. He mouthed something sarcastic and I said "it's sales tax, nothing to predict" and I left. I'm sure he feels he's right and I was an obnoxious customer who dared to disturb him from doing nothing in an empty store. Good luck AT&T. There are plenty of other cell carriers out there. If you continue to offer this level of in store customer service I will be going to one of them. read more

Ridiculous. This store is in the newer strip mall in South Attleboro and is apparently a "retail store" which is somehow different than a normal AT&T. I've had great experiences at the AT&T in Lincoln, RI and this one was just atrocious. I went in at 12:15pm on a Tuesday and there was 1 employee and already a line of 5 people!! He welcomed me and said "I'll get to you when I can." Wow, thanks. Gee, I'd hope so... After helping the current customer and motioning the first in the line of 5 (ahead of me) forward, 2 other people walk in the door. He is clearly flustered and tells us "It'll be a very long wait. Someone else comes around 2 if you want to come back then." So id already wasted 10 min with my 5yo in tow, so 1/2 of us waiting left in an aggravated manner. Why would you schedule ONE employee to work over lunch hour rush?? Stupid. Don't waste your time with this store... unless you have a few hours to kill. read more

Could not have had a more unpleasant experience with Kyle and will tell anyone who will listen to NEVER go to that store. Went in and was told to wait in the parking lot and that there was one person ahead of us. We waited in the parking lot outside the store with both of our doors open. We watched the man in front of us go in. After about a half hour of waiting a women pulled up and went in. The woman came out to her car. The guy in front of us came out and the woman that had not waited walked in. We followed the woman in and told the sales rep that we were next, assuming that he had not realized who had come in. He refused to take us next and told us that he would take us after the woman left.He had not even started helping her. He said he slipped. He said if we had a quick question he would answer it but that he was taking the woman that had not waited at all. He made it perfectly clear that he knew that we were next. What kind of a business are you running. We will buy our phones anywhere but from you!!! Hope you go out of business soon and fire that idiot that works there. read more
