I was with my wife and mother in law and 2 of us wanted to upgrade phones but the plan is in the 3rd persons name. They had ZERO customers but 3 employees so they said only 2 of us could go in. Then we were told that everything we wanted to do (trade in a phone, get a phone etc) all needed to be done on line and it was said in a very dismissive way. When we asked questions we were basically met with answers they would come from a 5 year old saying "BECAUSE". No sympathy, no understanding and no additional help or suggestions.
