When I dropped off my phone, I was also given attitude and asked if I even wanted to continue with the repair--which was frustrating after driving 30 minutes specifically to get it fixed. Shortly after, I received multiple calls saying the part was defective, then that they had found another screen and the repair was back in progress. When I finally picked up my phone, a different employee sarcastically said, "Hope that didn't take too long for you." After all the inconvenience, I would have appreciated simply getting my phone back without the attitude. Safe to say, I will not be recommending this location no matter the situation.
