I went in to use my $200 Verizon gift card I received for my Fios Service contract. Just they sold me a Amazon Fire Stick for $50. Well above the going price. Then the salesman sold me Nest Cam Stand that had no camera, which he ASSURED ME he had. Then while still in store, we attempted to return the items, they couldn't "FIND THE RECEIPT THEY JUST PRINTED". The manager said the items could be returned and she would figure out what went wrong. I went in today to return the items, the manager on duty had the sales specialist get my phone number and address after giving it to them at the point of sale, then tells me that they need to " investigate" why the Fire Stick didn't show up on the receipt. So over a week went by and they did not rectify the issue but made the issue seem to be MY FAULT because THEIR SYSTEM crashed ??? All the whole I had my receipt showing my items and total but they charged me $53.11 OVER what was visibly on the receipt. The manager on today 2/13/22 at the store stated he needed to investigate the situation??? After the week that had already passed??? Verizon as a company has No Human to actually speak to when issues arise like this. They charge a great deal of money for TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They just take your money and do as they please. Canceling all my services with VERIZON is my next task. Save time and aggravation, deal with s company that respects your time as well as your patronage. read more

Wasted my 2 hours and messed up my phone. My old number is not working, and store staff blame it on customers for THEIR mistakes and lack of knowledge. I paid $80 for two lines activation and monthly bill for the 1st month. Simple porting of my phone and keeping the same phone numbers was not possible due to irresponsible attitude and lack of knowledge. Please don't use Verizon or at least this store. Oherwise you will regret after losing your old phone number and phone not working. read more

These people preyed on me when my phone was stolen in Emerald square Mall. They presented themselves as saviors but lied to me by informing me I didn't have insurance on my account and proceeded to talk me into a 1000 phone. I later find out I did have insurance. I then gad to spend 5 hours. They suck don't go there. read more

My mother bought her first smartphone (iPhone 5c) and was sold a case for a 5/5s. The phone was jammed into the wrong case. When I went back with it the next day, I was told that they could not accept the return as the case was broken (a small piece of plastic near the charging port actually snapped from the employee forcing my mothers phone in the wrong case). After a nice discussion with management, the case was refunded. This, however, pales in comparison to the fact that they keep a log of their customers' phone numbers to robo-call with advertisements for the store (even though solicitation calls to cell phones are illegal). Stay away from this location. There are plenty of other stores that sell Verizon Wireless products. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE. There really isn't much more to say other than that. But I'll try... My girlfriend went there recently to fix something on our account and not only was the salesman there (Alex) completely incompetent, he also had a conversation about lap dances and how he can't drink beer but was proud to announce that he could pound long island's and shots all night long. Man, I wish I was as cool as this guy! He had this conversation with his coworkers while my girlfriend sat 2 feet away. Literally on the other side of the desk from them. Don't get me wrong, I talk about dumb stuff at work too...but I do it when we don't have customers. Alex also told her that I owed 359.99 still...which I don't. Alex was looking at what I originally bought my phone for, not the zero balance which was associated with my phone. When my girlfriend asked how much she owed on her phone still, he said $45 dollars which would be paid off in 2 months. She asked him if she could pay for it now to get it over with, he said "We can't do that in store." This is when one of the other employees there chimed in and said that they could do it in store, explained how to do it, to which Alex replied, "you should just pay it off with your monthly bill." So basically he didn't want to do it. Don't go to the manager with any problems either. He's just going to tell you he'll handle it and then send you an email later saying how YOU misunderstood what was being talked about. Its you, not them. Save yourself. go somewhere else. read more

DO NOT BOTHER UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED OVER. i purchased a phone they forgot to place the order for a week mind you and I knwo this because I got the alert on my phone when it was sent and the corporate office looked up the date for me as well They locked my phone and since the new billilng cycle started told me sorry Charlie pay or you loose your phone If it was not for the fact that the deal is a huge one on this phoine, I would have canceled I was told by the corporate ofice this store is a scam and they could not get into the account as this store locked our account in store and they are a franchise and not part of the true verizon co I cant do anything at this point but pay but the fact being they lied and never placaed my oder for 2 weeks into the cycle and now not only have put out 200 on holding this phone I now have to put out 300 more for the bill that is for the family plan of 4 phones total.
