    Stopped in today for the new IPhone 15 pro and I left with an amazing deal that landed me the Apple Watch and iPad at the same time. The customer service in this store was absolutely incredible. We were greeted my Mikaela the second we walked in the door. She was all smiles and brought a ton of energy to the situation. She handled trading in my old phone, changing over my line from Metro PCS and transferring all the data from my old phone to the new one. She was an absolute expert and it all went fast and seamlessly. Mikaela is a rock store and I hope her employer knows what they have in her.

    All the phone accessories are priced $5-$15 dollars more than what you can get online. So make sure you price check before buying.

However, upon discovering Cellairis, I have heard from them in the past. It was known for repairing broken and cracked phone screens, but thankfully I paid a visit for a better reason. They had some of the most prettiest and high quality cases that I was thankful to stumble upon. I instantly had warm welcoming service from an associate by the name of Jahmon Gaines and he was incredible! They even sell Fidget Spinners here which made me feel like it was a sign to finally purchase one for my little sister, whom her birthday is on the 3rd of this month. The prices of the phone cases are incredibly affordable. I thought the phone case I picked out was going to be in the 30's-40's range for price, however, it was only $26.00! I loved that a lot. The additional purchase of the Fidget Spinner was only $10.00 extra, which is on average $3 more than the competitor's price. I still enjoyed getting both items and making me visit worthwhile. The only cons is the smell of the phone case. It has that artificial paint smell, (very strong smell) and made me otherwise that I can lessen the smell. It's been a day and it still has that funky smell, otherwise my phone case was worth every penny. I'm still incredibly happy! Thanks Jahmon.

The employees are horrible to interact with and the service was garbage. Spend the extra $100 and get it done by apple.

The other customer came in to pay his prepaid bill. He wanted to pay his bill in cash. The other associate informed him that they would not be able to give change so he needed to make sure he had the exact amount. The customer was confused, he asked what happens with my change. That is when Sierra interrupted and says that it's tax. The customer then asked, "so I then get taxed twice? Once on my bill then on the $80 I want to pay. What is that?" Sierra responds with,"well that's Uncle Sam!" What an incredibly rude thing to say. The customer was noticeably confused and was asking for explication. Sierra was so terrible to this customer who just wanted to pay his bill. We decided that we no longer wanted to wait to be helped. There were two associates here today. Sierra and another. From the moment we walked in Sierra had been sitting at a table helping another customer call customer service. Meanwhile the other associate sat at the neighboring table. They told us they would be with us in a moment. I did inform Sierra that I felt the way she handled the situation was not great and I tried to let her know where the confusion was, but she could care less. She kept a smile on her face and essentially told me she would not change the error of her ways.

Andrew is handling our transaction today and was extremely unpleasant to the point where I literally have nothing good to say. There was not a single smile on his face or in his tone. He didn't ask about what we were interested in or even have that "retaily friendly curiosity small talk." Instead, he tapped his foot, made little eye contact, checked his phone a bunch, pushed extremely hard to upgrade services, buy accessories - things we actually may have been interested in if he didn't put such a sour taste in our mouth. I came back today to turn in the old phone and had the exact same experience. I have worked in retail management for 10 years, I would be making changes if I knew attitudes like this were happening in my stores. This is a great example of how not to do things and how not to treat people.
