Late to the game here and writing this review. I can't say enough about the great service my BF and I received from this store. It was during the holidays and we had prepared ourselves that there would be some wait. There wasn't much of a wait time to speak with a representative and to say he was knowledgeable is an understatement. My BF didn't like the phone switch he made, so we had to go back again. Again....an awesome experience. We had to go back again for something to return or whatevs and still the amazing service there. I will continue to go back there for any needs for now. While we keep our expectations low with In Store service for obvious reasons, their service here matched the energy of the previous conversation and the rest was smooth sailing. Hoping to save someone else a lot of headaches! If I could give Levi a zero star I would! I came in for a new phone and he sold me Internet air with a free trial period. The internet service was terrible so, I followed all intructions and returned it with proof of delivery and have been disputing $1000 worth of charges for the device for 3 months and then AT&T turned off our phones because I only paid my regular bill while I was disputing the charges! Not to mention, I have been in the store multiple times for assistance and each time they told me to call AT&T customer service from THEIR STORE. I have spent hours outside of the trips to the store, on hold and speaking to customer service all with a dispute number, but no resolution! I will NEVER go to this store again & it has made me seriously consider changing providers! You are not the only cell providers out there AT&T! read more

If you can drive to another AT&T store outside of Parker, I would do so. I delt with 2 employees, and they both made mistakes on my phone purchase. unfortunately I still have to go back! I was told I was getting a credit back on my bank card, after looking at my account they charged me instead! Incompetence at its best at this location! read more

Chase! My guy! Thanks for trying to hook it up with enrolling me in a business plan when I told you I do not own a business. Super easy transaction up until I declined the phone protection. Suddenly there was not an option to decline. I called the customer service line in front of you and your coworkers and was able to confirm that I could in fact decline. You didn't back down which is fine. I drove straight to the AT&T off Lincoln and I25 and she had me enrolled me with a company sponsored discount that I am eligible for and with the coverage that I selected. Cheers mate. read more

I WAS LIED TO. I broke my phone. I have insurance on said phone. I went into the store to see what they could do for me until my phone was fixed. Devyn the "salesman" says well you can send your phone in and they'll send you a new one and I'm like hmm I can't be without a phone what's my other options. He said you can open a new line for free and pay a dollar a month for the line and get an iPhone XR. I'm like ok why not and then I'll send my phone in and just have an extra phone for a dollar. That wasn't the case. It cost me over $65 a month for that phone. So for a single male i have a phone bill that was $160 a month. Also I called att and they said we will just send you a phone, keep that one until the new one comes and mail it back.. this was after I signed up for that guys scheme. There was no getting out of it. I called the support line, I went back into the store and looked this guy straight in his eyes and made him tell me he lied. Nothing mattered. Att is by far the worst carrier you can join. They offer nothing special for one of the highest prices. Do not deal with devyn if you go in if he still works there. Walked in yesterday to get a new phone I was greeted by Mary. I told her what I wanted to get and of course she had to log into their system to check out our account and Mary said that we could do what we wanted to do. 1st I worked for AT&T and so did our family for years but she wanted to do billing not the way I wanted to do this purchase by paying it all and not changing our account. Mary said 1st it would take several days and said to her that this store is not the only one I could buy from. As I was walking out Mary told me good luck getting your way. WTH is this how to talk to customers and some guy their said he is the store manager so I guess he condones Mary's sarcastic attitude. I know when I worked for AT&T this certainly would not be acceptable. So 1 day later I got it exactly my way with no BS like I was getting from Mary!! As a customer never let people talk Down to you as a customer .. they never know who they are talking to!! Which in this case Mary certainly didn't ... to bad for her! read more

**BUYER BEWARE** I went in the store off Parker Road to replace my apple watch that was lost. The man helping me in the store said I had a upgrade available on my watch and it would cost $20. I specifically asked if it would change my month bill, which he stated 'no', it would continue to be $10 per month. I inquired about my son's watch, to which he said was also eligible for a $20 upgrade, and a $30 activation fee since his previous watch didn't include cellular. It would be $10/mo for the line. He did all the work on his ipad, I didn't have to sign a thing. The actual cost is an additional $25/mo/per watch for 30 months. Once I discovered it on my bill at the end of the month, I call the store and inquired. The young woman I spoke to stated it was an error and there was nothing we would do other than my paying off the watch and cancelling the line because I was outside the 14 day warranty. I asked if I could have her name, silence. I asked again, she replied "oh, what did you say?". I asked her again for her name and she asked why. I said I wanted to make sure I could include it on my review and she hung up on me. I didn't expect a free phone, but working together to come up with a resolution or allowing me to return my sons watch day #20 could have been a nice touch to their customer service. read more

Talk about OUTSTANDING customer service! These guys went above and beyond for my family & me. Transferring 1 phone number from Verizon, merging another phone number to get us all on a Family Plan was NOT the easiest migration, but these guys took it ALL into their own hands until the task was complete. They ALL contributed to making sure we left the store with exactly what we needed and gave us a bunch of promotions that were running at the time. We ran out of time at the store, as we had dinner reservations and 2 of the employees drove their own cars, on their own time to the restaurant and dropped off our equipment when the transfers & backups were complete. These guys have earned my business for their incredible and outstanding customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. read more

This store is a mess. I go in one day and get what I need and go in the next day and Josh R. The manager says they don't do that same thing. They are a reseller and not a corporate store so STAY AWAY!!!! This is a pattern of bad business that has happened to me and my family. Bad business and management!!! Will not go back! This is not a review about the store. This is about ATT. If you buy the get one phone get one free and you want to switch carriers, you will have to pay full price for both phones. I was never told this. I have also had to call ATT every month because something was wrong in my bill. Missing discounts. When I 1st signed up I asked what would be the monthly rate. I was told $170 each moth for 4 phones. It's been anywhere from $220 to $360. The bill is very difficult to understand. If you go into your on-line account, they charge you for everything, to later give it back. Sometimes when they give you money back it's on the next bill. So I am leaving ATT, never to come back. read more

Extraordinary service and accountability within all of the team members here at this location. My phone damaged, insurance claim open and set me up quick to get resolved . Had a small issue with the insurance part and Kevin and Jason resolves it quickly. Also all of the members there were willing to help even without a sale, and what blew me away the most each remembered my name. Initially, I had great difficulty in securing credit for a phone trade-in, but after persisting with customer service, and then with the assistance of Josh, the store manager, a credit was posted to my account. I am grateful for his help and a successful conclusion. I will say that the staff in the store are helpful and professional, and despite my trade-in problems, we have had good experiences in this store. read more

My daughter and I were in to upgrade our phones on Saturday. We received excellent service from Jay. He was most helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The whole team was great, they interacted well with guests and with each other and all seemed to have a great deal of knowledge about products they sell. I was in again today with a small issue and was most pleased again with the service I received, this time from Dylan. Kudos to this store. My only suggestion is to the corporate office....give this store a remodel. It can take a bit of time to buy phones and transfer data, some comfortable seating arrangements for both your team and guests would be great. read more

Although they try to be helpful, they really have no idea how things work. After spending 2+ hours because of their incompetence, I had to leave and go to another AT&T store. Mary M. was absolutely zero help for us and made us go through so much unnecessary hassle and stress. My sister and I were in Parker visiting our parents. We went in to order the new iPhone 12 a week ago and she messed up and ordered the wrong ones to our apartment. We were on our way back up to Fort Collins when we noticed the wrong phones on the bill/receipt and called Mary to see if she could fix her mistake for us. She said she called the store up here in Fort Collins to put 2 on hold for us and so we could exchange them the day they came in the mail. That day was yesterday and we drove all around Fort Collins trying to find the store that she called, when it turns out she never even called in the first place. We called last night trying to figure it out, and after she failed to call us back, she ignored our calls. Now we are down 200$ on these new phones and all she can say is I am so sorry. We are extremely disappointed with this interaction and the store service since this problem happened. 0/5 stars if I could. read more

I love the team at this AT&T store. I've been to many other locations over the years and this one is by far the best! They really know how to treat their customers and make you feel right at home. I know they have my best interests in mind when recommending different products for me. DIRECTV service is also by far the best tv service out there. And I also recommend you sign up for the home security system with digital life. Amazing products and knowledgeable staff! A+ for sure!!! read more

The guys at this store were super helpful and there was an iPhone 7 BOGO. It gets a little busy, often, and I was a little irked not being able to get someone on the phone for a few days, BUT the guys in the store are really knowledgable, they work fast and they gave me a lot a leeway about a cracked screen trade-in...so, I'm a fan. read more

Horrible experience with rude and arrogant salesperson. He obviously forgot that other people can do math, so instead of selling me what I wanted, he tried to talk me into a plan that was more expensive. When I said I was not interested and wanted to stay with what I asked for, he got snotty and then basically said "hey, if you want that, I'm not going to help you" -- even though what I asked for is something I can get off the ATT website with no issue. They are so motivated by trying to sell their most expensive plans that when a customer says "no", they just bail on the customer vs trying to make the customer happy. Really pathetic and unprofessional. Will be letting ATT know directly about this store. read more
