Trade in scam I did their promotion where they took my old phone and supposedly gave me $1,000 toward a new iPhone, with the catch that I'd be in a 36-month contract. I agreed, thinking the trade-in value would truly cover the cost of the new phone over the term. What they didn't make clear is that if I leave early, I still owe around $700 on the phone, even though they already took my old phone as part of the deal. So AT&T has my old device and still expects me to pay hundreds of dollars if I want to get out of the contract before the 36 months are up. This feels incredibly misleading and unfair. Had I known I'd basically be trapped in a 3-year commitment with a huge bill to escape, I never would have agreed to this promo in the first place. AT&T's promo sounded great on the surface, but the reality is it's a long-term trap. I feel like I lost my old phone and my flexibility as a customer. I will not be doing business with AT&T again after this, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering their trade-in "deals" read the fine print very carefully and think twice. read more

Brayan was helpful in my phone trade in today, however, neither staffer greeted me when I entered. But once I met him, he processed my trade in fast. If you have extended business, I'd try another store; there were 3 other customers waiting behind me. But he was polite, easygoing and doing his best with limited staff. read more

Ignacio is AMAZING!!! Helped solve our terrible internet problems! We were having a hard time getting ahold of anyone over the phone to get our internet when we were supposed to. Instead we kept being told it would come a month later! We went into the store and were met with kindness and professionalism. He went above and beyond to call others and ensure we got internet ASAP! We talked to corporate management on the phone who offered no help but Ignacio took the time to help us and figure it all out! We couldn't be more grateful! I've been here a couple times with boyfriend - one time service was great (all his needs were taken care of, with a smile); another time, it was despicable. The second time, we went in during the early evening and the store was empty except for two youngish employees, male and female, who were having a conversation. They finished it before helping us... annoying, but ok, fine, that's excusable. Boyfriend had broken his phone beyond repair and wanted to find out if he was eligible for an upgrade/replacement. He showed them his phone. "I'd like to find out if I can replace my phone." "Oh, we don't do repairs." "Yeah, I wanted to find out if I can replace my phone..." "Well, we don't do repairs. You'll have to go to a screen repair place." "I'd rather just get a new phone. Can you check if I'm due for an upgrade?" "Oh, we don't do that here." It basically went on like this... with the employees either not getting what he was asking for (he'd upgraded his phone there before) or purposely acting confused so they didn't have to do work. We left after just standing there being told, "no, we don't do that," over and over again. It was ridiculous. I wouldn't use this branch for anything, tbh. read more

I waited for one hour and 15 minutes to get service. That's not quite the problem, though. The salesperson was busy selling a phone and service to a couple, and it takes time. These are my issues: 1. Why only one person minding the shop? He told several people who came in to pay for service to go to different store. In fact there was another person, who came in and out, but he was not wearing a uniform. Was he supposed to be working too? He paid no attention to any of us. 2. I was there with my elderly mother and had to sit for 75 minutes on a flat bench. Her back was really in pain by the end. The store is a large empty space. Can't you spare a couple of plastic chairs for costumers to wait more comfortably, especially when transactions are going to take such a long time? 3. What about taking a minute or two to see if it is worth for the costumer to wait for more than an hour? The salesperson, who was always polite, was able to tell me in two minutes that I had waited for nothing. Or what about having the option of signing up for a turn and then come back? This shows poor management of how customers are handled. 4. At the end, the salesperson had no solution for my problem which is poor reception on my phone where I work--even though it is the only place where I have that problem. He told me my phone is old and to get a new one. I think I'm going to get a new phone company as well and never, ever return to that store. read more

I came in here December 2015 to buy a new iphone. I remember the rep saying "I'll throw in an ipad", me agreeing and him looking at his manager with this sly smile. At the time, I didn't know what that meant but after about a year of having to speak with AT&T reps over the phone because my phone bill keeps fluctuating, I know it means "got em" I don't know if every AT&T location is like this but even AT&Ts phone representatives admitted that the sales reps here made a mess of my account just for their commission.
