The barrel kept pressing against the screen when I'm in the car , anyway went into the shop and they can literally replace your screen in 10 mins! Unfortunately this experience was beyond horrible. He was nice and quick to sell me his service, but I'm super disappointed at how things were handled. I'm going to start with the fact that once he got to my phone he was in such a rush because he needed to get a part for another costumer at a different location. I want to say he spent well under 10 minutes fixing my screen and just slapped on the screen protector. Which I had my fiancé fix because there was lint underneath. Then not even a full 2 weeks has gone by and my phone is completely cracked underneath. Which I don't even know how is possible because I bought a heavy duty case and screen protector from here as well. I go in and he proceeds to tell me that he cannot cover this with the warranty and the best he can do is take off his service fee. I asked if there was anyone else I can talk too about this unfortunate Circumstance and he said no, that he wasn't just the manger he was the owner of the company as well. At this point I'm livid because he's making the conscious choice to not help me. As an owner of a company you think he would like to show some kind of empathy to the situation especially when using such cheap materials to increase profit margins regardless of the quality product he's providing his customers with. He just laughed at me and kept saying " I don't know how you damaged your phone". The led screen is cracked across the screen underneath a screen protector, I tried to tell him I did not do anything to cause this kind of damage. I wouldn't even know how it's possible to break it from underneath a protector with the protector being completely undamaged further proving the point that the quality of replacements screens he's providing is laughable at best. But again he laughed at me. I walked away defeated because I spent 300 and trusting his services and now he wanted to charge me 140 more for something I didn't even do. All he could say was " what do you want me to do about it". A great start would be spending more time researching quality products for your "business" rather than flirting with the women who go in there. Unfortunately I don't have that kind of money, and clearly he has no care for his customers and how he applies his products. It may be the cheapest place in Austin to get it done, but it's cheaper for a reason. Pay the extra 20- 40 dollars at the other locations. Because then you're stuck like me with a defective product. Also, if you do decide to make the same mistake with me and take your business here. You may want to check your phone immediately after leaving. The first red flag was the pink tint the cheap replacement screen had which I unfortunately chose to overlook. Buyer beware. read more

The attendant was very kind as he was overcharging for devices. sold me a cell phone holder as an ipad holder for my child for $40 telling me that it was less than that. I did not realize it till I was returning it because it obviously didn't work. I also bought a cell phone case that started peeling not even 15 days after Purchase and he said he was not going to replace it. He claims he said that cases were nonrefundable which I was never told. as a consumer it is very frustratingBasically be called a liar and now have to purchase a new case from a more reliable source. very disappointing especially when he started saying that he could simply not return any of my items because he said he has the right to do that. I had the worst experience at the store in Austin Texas( 78741, off Ben white st, in the Walmart) I called ahead of time to make sure they had the screen for my phone available ( they did) I go in and they say they will have it done in about 35 minutes great! So I shop around for about an hour , when I come back they tell me the "1" screen they had is defective and I could get one tomorrow if I paid additional $20 for shipping or wait a week?! I asked why I had to pay for the store to get a new one when there's was defective? The associate said I was giving you options and had a very rude attitude! And proceed to cut me and another associate off multiple times who seemed to be trying to help! I again stated that I shouldn't have to pay for shipping when I came in and you have one but it's broke?! That's really bad customer service He stated, he was gonna give me a a free screen cover .... I stated I didn't want or need a screen cover I just wanted my phone fixed! So he agreed to order it and have it in by the morning BUT I had to pre pay$275! I said ok that's fine, but I asked what my guarantee was that it would come in and not defective before I paid for it! If it doesn't will I get refunded ? Which I feel was very valid question! He then brought his level up to way more disrespectful tone and gave me attitude like it was unacceptable for someone to ask questions! I was soo uncomfortable and didn't trust anything at this point I just stated he was being very rude and I would go somewhere else and asked for his name to report him and he "dismissed" me! ACTUALLY waved his hand and pretty me told me to get out of "his" store!!! This was the worst experience I have have ever had at any retail store! Sooo disappointed!!! read more

This shop in Walmart is incredibly convenient and professional when you do something bad to your phone. I've seen Sammy and Mike working there every time, and they both take the time to make an assessment and let you know your options before any work is done. I went to get my iPhone X screen replaced and beyond my better judgement of going to a place inside of a walmart, I was desperate. Chris was so incredibly patient and nice working with me over TWO DAYS to get the data on my phone backed up onto a new phone. I can't say enough about his knowledge and nice attitude helping me out. I had one of the worst days of my life in this store today. The employee's name was Chris. He fixed my cracked screen and it was working. I got out to my car and the screen was not working anymore. It was just black. I went back to the store and gave it him to see what was going on. I waited awhile, he hadn't said anything to me. I watched as he took care of others but after a while I asked about the phone. He said he was going to open it up and may possibly need to order a new screen. I thought he was about to start working on it. I waited and waited and watched as he continued to take care of other customers that had come in after me. He didn't even have the courtesy to tell me when he would be getting to my phone. It just looked like he put it to the side. So I got up again to ask about it and see what was going on. Chris got so defensive and argumentative with me. It got to the put where I started crying in the store. He told me I was "tripping". He told me he wasn't gonna deal with this. He even brought other customers into the situation by telling them that I had broken my own phone and just wanted him to fix it. This is completely untrue. I mentioned how unprofessional he was being and told me he didn't care many times. After all this and the embarrassment he was putting me through, I decided to just get my phone a leave. He gave me phone back by putting the phone down on the counter. Not very gently, I may add, and gave me this attitude which felt like he wanted me to just leave. I did not deserve to be treated so poorly by this guy. I was brought to tears. I am filing a complaint. read more

So I've never done any business with Cellairis nor did I even know about them until my wife received a phone call from them. My I phone 7 was stolen and I thought the worst. Five days later someone came into their store and tried to sell it. The sharp staff quickly noticed the thief was locked out and called the "lost iphone" number. Needless to say the thief fled without the phone. I retrieved my phone and they didn't even ask for a nickel. Cellairis will be new phone store!!! Honest, good people. read more

Chris was very nice, knowledgeable, and fast. In less than an hour he fixed an iPad that took another shop 2 days (and they didn't even fix it right). It was also the cheapest rate I could find for the repair. I bought a few groceries while I waited, and filled up my car at the gas station while I waited. I would highly recommend this Cellairis for doing a good job on phone repairs at a great price. There was a glitch with the receipt of the parts taking longer than planned but that was not their fault and they did everything to special order new parts with expedited delivery.
