My chief complaint is that it is very unclear where you should go upon arriving to the store. The staff seems to be well trained, but also a little bit too lackadaisical. I understand that Apple goes for a chill vibe, but this was an unorganized mess. After somebody checked me in, they told me my laptop was ready for pick up. When I went to the pick up area, I was processed the same as I was at the check-in -- the only other thing I had to do was to show identification. Additionally, I was asked if I had any trade-in devices, but I told them I was being shipped a box to ship back to the Apple headquarters and they were OK with that. I was told to wait while another colleague would bring out my MacBook and once he did, there was no bag to go with it so a different worker fetched me a bag. The weirdest part was that I had to bag my own laptop........lol? It was super congested for being about 3 o'clock on a Wednesday and I truly did not know why there were so many people just hanging out. Surrounding stores were kind of sketchy and I truly did not feel safe walking out with my new Apple product. The only kudos I have here are that one of the supervisors approached me and told me they liked my T-shirt and gave me a fist bump, which was nice. Other than that, I do not know why this Apple Store operates the way it does, and I believe that customers who are not truly customers (aka just people who are sitting down using their phones) should not be allowed to occupy space in this establishment. I guess Apple has now entered the affordable laptop space with the MacBook Neo. Of course this will come with a whole new set of complications, users, and troubleshooting. I'm here for the ride... I guess I don't have any choice!

I interacted with two Apple team members before I connected with the Apple technician. Expectations were adequately set that they normally do not work on third party solutions. First, recommendation...reboot. Check! Delete & Reinstall Spotify...Check! These recommendations did not eliminate songs from jumping around. Final recommendation, reinstall the operating system. Apparently, this takes about 30 minutes, so I decided to wait until I got home. My phone is currently being updated. Will find out tomorrow if that jumping around issue has been solved. I am cautiously optimistic. Will listen to my playlist tomorrow...too tired tonight.

Also didn't want the phones shipped to our home so wanted to get from a retail store. We hadn't upgraded phones in about 3 years and came in for the Verizon upgrade promo. Winston was helpful in assisting us in determine the right memory options. I ended up going 1TB but for my wife we decide on 512GB, based on advice from him on current usage. The past time we got phones (at a Verizon store in north Austin) they didn't really seem to care to offer advice and my wife got the smallest memory size and for the past year has been frustrated there wasn't enough memory. It seemed like he genuinely wanted to help people. We went to pick up the phones when we saw the shipping notification from Verizon. Winston wasn't there and ended up working with Tyler. He was also surprisingly helpful. He helped us transfer all our data and even troubleshoot some of the issues we had with setting up 2 factor authentication with the new device and issues with work email. He also made us aware of things like to charge using the new USB-C instead of USB-A for better battery life. He made sure we had cases and chargers and stuff (which we already did) and most importantly wasn't annoying pushy for trying to get us to buy stuff there. I hate going to stores to buy something and be endlessly upsold after politely saying no the first time. Doubt I'll be back, just because it's one of those places you rarely visit. But genuinely appreciate the friendly staff we interacted with.

Didn't bother doing his job just told us to call Verizon and do the work ourselves. Now, my phone is having issues beyond my control that I can't help but wonder, i wouldn't be having right now if the guys just did... idk... their job and offered to make this problem go away. I don't know what to do now, or who to go to, since these guys weren't helpful at all they couldn't care less, and my phone is acting weird due to the activation not being done correctly. They had the ability to transfer my info to my new phone on their computer two feet away from us in the shop, within the span of 30 minutes, and instead they made me attempt to do a phone swap by myself for HOURS. I have no technical experience?! I thought that's what they're getting paid for?!? Now my phones messed up I have to try and figure out what's wrong?! The woman's replies to all these 1 star reviews are corporate slop, does anyone at this place actually care?!

Fixed the charging port on my iPad Pro 6th gen…read more The 6th gen iPad Pro has a flimsy but expensive screen that needs to be removed to replace the port. So many repair shops either didn't want to bother or quoted a ridiculous, "eff-off" price just to send a message that they didn't want to work on them. He did not. Very knowledgeable and friendly "nerd" owner with a great, customer-oriented attitude. And he underpriced the competition by almost half! (My suspicion is that the others break a lot of screens doing this repair, so they build in the cost of making a mistake into their price; whereas he is careful enough and uses methods to not break the screen so as to not need to build the cost of his mistakes into the price.) FWIW, I have high standards, sometimes think I know too much, and can ask too many questions. Mike indulged me on all questions regarding a simple iPad repair and then some. (Other repair shops didn't want to talk about their methods or ideas). Cleaned my iPhone port for free, too! Very good communication of the risks and options for the iPad repair. I recommend them very highly to my friends, and now to you.

Mark and David found a new Brother Laser and a new CPU that could run windows 11 and together they were cheaper than what I paid for the old laser printer. The prices were low, service high and attitude was positive ............... I'm very lucky I discovered them

They definitely saw me walk in and not a single person acknowledged me. After what seemed like forever (must've been close to 10 mins) I finally spoke up and said "I guess you guys don't want my business." I can't imagine this store being in business much longer. Awful customer service and I was ready to drop a lot of money in there.

Their online portal for doing this wanted my info, and it would not accept the request because my phone number(I have had for 20 years) was invalid. I called their so called bereavement line and they tried to do the same thing, but could not make it work. She told me to take an original death certificate to an "Authorized Company Store" so it could be scanned in. The closest one is 40 miles away. I get there and they try to do the same thing! Then they realize I am not a Verizon customer, that is why the system does not see my number. HOW STUPID!!! After that, they did not scan in the death certificate because there was "outstanding equipment." Why didn't the call service rep tell me this? I had explained that my brother was totally digital with his bills, and he left no passwords for me to access his computer. It is bad enough dealing with an unexpected death, but to be given the runaround like this is unacceptable.
