It was truly hanging on by a thread and I knew it was only a matter of time before it finally conked out on me. Alas, that time finally arrived this week and nothing I did could fix it. I rely on my computer for daily use so I quickly Googled local computer repair shops and Computuners was the first that popped up. I called up and spoke with Kevin, who was incredibly kind, understanding and helpful. He set up an appointment for an in-house visit, and the next day, the repairman Scott arrived right on time. He was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Within literal seconds, he diagnosed the issue and, in just a few hours, I had a new monitor installed, plus a new battery backup/surge protector to stop the computer from improperly shutting down in the event of a power outage. The peace of mind I received knowing that I wouldn't need a whole new computer is absolutely worth every penny. I highly recommend Computuners for any and all tech needs. I took my iphone in for a simple 30-minute battery change. It left the store four days later…read moreruined. Neither the store personnel or management made any attempt during the four days to provide me with a single update - it was entirely on me to keep checking back and when I did I got either confusion or excuses. I finally gave up on these guys and asked for my phone back. No apologies or explanations were ever offered. I got my $30 repair fee returned but that doesn't begin to cover $700 it will now cost me to replace the phone. I took the damaged iphone to Apple and they think the RepairXpert technician damaged the logic board, most likely because he was ungrounded when he changed the battery. I wanted to like this shop because of the reasonable prices but incompetent work is no bargain at any price. Non-existent customer communications are also a big concern. Buyer beware.

Next day the protection came off I thought it was that they installed the screen protection incorrectly, so I went back for a refund or a exchange of protection. The guy gave me another one at no extra charge. One day after the screen protection reinstalled is coming off again. Won't really recommend going here to get a screen protection they only carry the fiberglass ones. Poor products. (Notice) I ask the guy if they have the other screen protections, the ones that the stick the entire phone and is not fiberglass. He say they dont carry those.
