We weren't greeted when we walked in, but that was no big deal. Once addressed, we realized we got the worst customer service member we could have gotten. Brice (Or Bryce) acted as if our questions were bothersome and even ridiculous, he rushed thru the sale, and ultimately did not leave us with a good experience. Every single question was blown off or dismissed as if we should already know the best price or feature or plan. Definitely not what you're looking for when you go to spend $1300 on a phone. We all have bad days, but this guy doesn't belong across the table from customers. It was appalling.

He said I'll be back and rushed back for a second after about ten minutes. I just left and went home and tried to fix my own phone. Ridiculous customer service. Despite having screenshots & emails confirming what we originally scheduled, no one at the store or customer service could switch us to the originally agreed upon plan. We talked to multiple reps via chat & over the phone, they just said the rep wouldn't have had a reason to change the work order. And no one had access to the online deals so they couldn't switch the account back to the previous work order. (The online deals on their company's website mind you, not third party.) I asked what reason I would have to agree to one thing, and then without notice switch to a slower package for more money, but thats not their problem. Cox does not care about you, your time, or the law, since this is the definition of a bait & switch. I cancelled service & returned the equipment, and the people working in the store acted like I was bothering them. I wouldn't recommend Cox and especially not this location to you, your dog, or your enemies' dog. Please save yourself multiple days of phone calls & chats where they try to sell you mobile service or different packages, the discounts online aren't real. Even if they are real, as long as the agent leaves notes like "Customer request change" -they will not respect the agreed to terms of service.

I returned to the shop as instructed, and while they were able to get the flashlight working again, the front camera still does not function. I was told the issue was not caused during the repair, but I have since spoken with another repair professional and Apple support, both of whom confirmed that this type of issue is typically the result of damage during the repair process. Despite bringing the phone back promptly and giving the business an opportunity to fix the issue, they have refused to take responsibility or repair the damage under warranty.I am now forced to pursue further action to resolve this matter. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ensure all functions are thoroughly checked before leaving the store.
