    Lower the pricing... Have someone come out and replace your…read more(old ) cable boxes and remotes with updated (most recent) equipment. When there is a price increase STOP saying it's because of the taxes and fees that your business is being charged. That might be true for 1 increase a year but it's not true for the other 2 'increases I've received this year. Also customers that cancel their service should NOT have to return "your" equipment...a technician was sent to deliver and set up.., send one back to disconnect and pickup! I as a customer had to swap out a cable box (due to issues with it) had to miss part of a workday because you're store locations are not open when I go to work nor when I get off of work!! Customers paying these current and future high prices should not have to return or pickup/swap out any equipment... it is very inconvenient for customers !!

Whenever I had issues, RTC would troubleshoot from their end amd the issue would be resolved. Not with this company. They send someone out to your home for everything. Recently my security system gives a weird error message that doesn't go away. Reached out to eatel whom dispatched an employee. He called me and was actually the initial installer with RTC, glad to see they hired him on. He told me I would need to sign a 3 year contract. I think not‼ I will be speaking with a manager today and if I need to sign a contract, I will proceed with cancelling my Eatel services.

    Cox is exploitive and stole my money as far as I'm concerned. They took my $50 deposit and charged…read moreme an additional $30 for an unused service- that I canceled because they were unable to setup wifi at my location. WiFi was never activated and I canceled before the month date. I returned the box as well, on time of course. Their technician came to my neighbors house and ran a loose wire from upstairs to downstairs for $100, called it good. They do not deserve any business.

As the legal administrator for my father's estate, I brought my 80-year old widowed mother into the Siegen Ln store on the morning of October 6, 2025 to change their account from his name to hers. We were "helped" by a young woman wearing a face mask only covering her mouth but not nose, who mumbled and rolled her eyes throughout our entire interaction and showed a general lack of interest in her job and disdain toward helping customers. Upon explaining our situation, I immediately provided my legal paperwork and a death certificate, to which she demanded 4 times that I must show her "power of attorney" documentation for my father. Ignoring my explanation and legal paperwork, she simply dismissed the letters of administration as a document, and I quote "that anyone could type up." I even showed her the court seal on the legal estate court documents but she was belligerent and adamant i would provide her with power of attorney paperwork or she would not help me. This was so upsetting for both my 80-year old mother and I both, and I literally had to tell the customer service associate over and over that power of attorney isn't applicable for anyone who is deceased, it is only for someone who is still living. At that point she brought out either a manager or another employee who had no interest in helping us either. WE WERE TOLD TO GO HOME AND CALL COX's 1-800 number if we wanted to transfer the account. This was absolutely pitiful disgusting service, especially for elderly clients who have been with this company for over 40 years! Blatant disrespect for customers and for the law. Cox will not provide me any formal way to file a complaint although I have called and asked specifically. Do not do business with this company and please protect your elderly parents if they are continuing to use Cox as their TV or internet provider.
