Avoid at all cost. Will stand in line to be waited on for an hour and they will tell you, you have to call an 800 number. No help at all

If I could give them a negative 10 I would! I went to the store to get home internet at my new house in Windsor MO. The guy was rude to me and refused to even help me. I was so upset I left crying. The I got set up with T-mobile and the internet was terrible. (They have to many people on the tower) so I called AT&T because I was told there the only other company in Windsor. Will I explained to the guy I stream tv and use my laptop and phone. (I don't understand this stuff at all) he set me up with a Hotspot totally wrong for what I need! After less than 10 days I got a notification that all my GB was used up and it was going to cost another $10. So I canceled it right then and there! Then I went to a place where my T-mobile phone would work and looked up internet in Windsor. And found out that they have a big round white ball thing so I put it in the cart but did not check out so I could call and ask about it. The guy told me that they don't have service in my area and he sent my call to a lady who tried to get me to accept a dish on my house (not happening) so then a guy told me to try Brightspeed so I did and I set up a install the next week I got that stupid ball thing on my porch. So I called to send it back and was told to take it to CVS so I did then I got the same stupid box back the next week. So I called and they promised to send me a return slip in the mail but I never got it. After Christmas I was in Blue springs and saw a ups store and they took it and sent it to them. So then yesterday I checked my email and found they wanted $299 for my phone and hotspot that I had less than 10 days. So I paid it then the very next day I get confirmation that they got the $299 but they want a more money $178 now! That means they expect $477 for less then 10 days of service!?!? read more

Visited store 07/16/2022 Phenomenal Service We were able to get a game plan for adding internet service to our home as well as adding my husband to the family plan for cellphone service. Service tech was very informative and helpful in getting the best deal for both internet and purchasing a new phone. If you do not set up an appointment then you will have to wait in line to be helped- that's standard and you cannot dock them for wait time. read more

Had a great experience today in setting up new internet as I move! Rhonda was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Went in for a simple screen protector replacement (which when I bought my phone from this store they told me to get the at&t brand screen protector so I could come back to the store to get it fixed when broken) Alfi was the representative that helped me and he was extremely unhelpful and rude. Half hour of my time for them to tell me to go to another store for help. Ridiculous. read more

I was in there about 50 days ago. I had been having problems trying to get a phone I liked. I had ATT prepaid for a couple years and I didn't care if it was prepaid or plan. I had went to the Harrisonville location and 4 Walmarts before buying a phone. They said it's internal memory could be expanded. I went to the belton store because yet again, the Harrisonville store said they couldn't help me. The Belton store told me it couldn't be done. I showed them my paperwork as well and I told them this wasn't what I signed up for. They told me to return the phone to Walmart and that since I never used the phone, after 45 days of non use and the fact that I returned it, it would cancel on its own. I started receiving bills for it. I returned to the Belton store after returning the phone to Walmart trying to get a new phone. They gave me 2 options, neither with the internal GB I was looking for. I tried online and through customer service and no one would help me so I switched to Xfinity mobile. I received another bill today from ATT and called the Belton store. They said that no one there ever told me that and that I was responsible for the bill. That I needed to contact customer service. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! The entire company has gone way down hill and they try to scam you into something you do not want. Not just thus store but the whole company. read more

Waited with my mom for twenty minutes before we asked if we should be on a list or something. A representative grudgingly added us. Then we waited 25 more minutes before we finally talked to someone. We needed to unlock a phone and get a missing rebate that was supposed to be on the account. Finally they told us they would not help with either issue and directed us to a website. 14 year customer. I was in your Belton, MO store yesterday, 3/4/22, and received probably the best customer service I have ever received anywhere, from anyone. It is very unusual to get that level of service. Bryant Gregg waited on me, transferring information from my Iphone 6 to my new Iphone 13, along with a number of other issues and questions that I had, including the possibility of adding my elderly mother to our account. I was impressed by his knowledge of everything that I asked and his patience with my lack of technology knowledge in certain areas. There was no high pressure to buy more than I wanted of anything, just a professional and yet extremely friendly and courteous individual. He made me feel like he was genuinely glad I came in the store. And, I noticed he treated everyone else he dealt with the same way. Finally, he gave me his business card with his cell phone number in case I had questions on anything and walked me to the door. Unbelievable!! I will never go anywhere else for phone service. Shockingly terrible service. A very manipulative company making it almost impossible to cancel service. Requiring more info than my bank to ID myself. Had to make two miserably long snd extra stupid phone calls, go in person to local store, then be told by reps, I need to go to a corporate store about an hr away, in person. Hours and hours of wasted time and frustration. NEVER use ATT. I will NEVER return to this company. read more

This company is a joke. Upgraded my phone. Realized At and t removed my military discount and added an activation fee. Agent on chat disconnected the chat. Called at and t to get charges removed, discount added, and get credits added. Moved from one agent to a customer loyalty agent who stated she was getting it all taken care of. After an hour I was disconnected. She said if we were disconnected then she would call me back. Been 30 minutes. Still no call. Really upset. Done with this company and their "random" month to month charges. read more

Avoid this store at all costs! I mean at ALL costs. Even if you're not an AT&T customer and you just happen to have a heart attack in the parking lot, do not go into this store! No need to be in a bad mood when you get to the pearly gates, besides this store will take away any urge to live you have left. This is the worst AT&T store I've ever been too and I used to love in New Orleans (new orleans has horrible stores too for those who don't know) this one take the cake, easily. read more
