This one's a doozy enjoy.. y'all will know me from this, y'all need fired.. Called in to ask about phones in stock because the surrounding stores weren't. I was told they had plenty but no max's. I said great I'll be in in 10 min. Got there to no one in the store but 4 employees sitting chatting at the center table. One kid approaches and asked if I was the man who called. I said yes, he said okay we just sold our last one.. I thought he was joking as he had "plenty." Even on a first come first serve you tellin me 0-10(plenty eatimate) people walked in and out and bought all the phones in the 10 min it took me to get there. FUCK NO. Here's the two options of what really happened: 1- this employee sucks at there job, didn't actually check stock when I called, and had to give me the unfortunate news, which is what it is if so but still yet possibly lying about selling the last one 2- given his 3 giggly and eye balling friends watching the convo behind him he lied to my face so he or his friends didn't have to do their jobs in the remaining 2.5 hrs of being open and accomplish making a sale. All in all pathetic excuse for employees, sad thing is I avoided coming to belton knowing the employees might be shit, felt bad for Verizon being proved right that their Belton MO employees may possibly be too immature for a job. Just tried to be a paying customer. Some of us ain't stupid and I should've called y'all's asses out on the spot. Instead I hope you get fired. lol Sorry Verizon. Hmu when someone actually wants to do their job and help. But again is it possible I'm wrong? Sure and if so I'd eat my words, but am I?? We may never know. I am only giving one star because zero stars is not an option. Frank (who said he was the manager) and Heath- RUDE RUDE RUDE- I will NEVER conduct any business with this location. I have been a Verizon customer for several years and have never encountered representatives being this rude. Impatient, rude, talking over me not listening - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Thankfully the representative on the phone was GREAT and helped me redirect my order to another Verizon location- so I would not have to deal with these RUDE guys. I would recommend avoiding this store, I only wish I could give this a few negative stars. I purchased a 2 pack of Verizon screen protectors for $30.00 when I originally purchased my phone. I'm older so my hands shake and I can't install them myself. They installed the 1st one about a year ago, it is at the end of its life so I went in to have the 2nd one installed. When I arrived a woman at the Belton MO store opened the door and let me in. When I explained I needed to have someone install the screen protector she refused and told me they would not do it because of COVID. I told her she could disinfect it as they do their counter tops etc. She still refused, but offered to walk me thru it. I cannot do it regardless of instructions because my hands shake. So I left, went home tried to install it and failed miserably and now my new screen protector is worse than the old one. It made no sense at all and now I'm also out $30.00. To use COVID as an excuse when precautions could have been taken to provide me decent customer service and install my screen protector is unacceptable. She had no problem handling the front door when I walked in and when I left. No thank you Verizon in Belton, I will seek out another business that is more sensitive to customer needs. read more

Went to this location today and had to wait nearly 2 hours before they could see me. Went here to simply buy an upgrade and knew exactly which phn i wanted. Seen several people walk in and leave, bc of the long wait time. This Verizon store was seriously understaffed and i bet with all the people walking out, they lost several opportunities for increasing there revenue. read more

I can see by the current reviews that I am not the only one to hold this opinion. This store should not be in businness. It is consistently understaffed and what staff is present, while pleasant enough is very poorly trained. On 9-23 there was a young man working the store alone who had only been working for Verizon for a week. It's not surprising that my payment was completely messed up and I have spent the last 4 hours trying to resolve a situation that is STILL not handled. The store is ok and they have a good selection of products but the staff is not the friendliest. The female associate that helped us out when purchasing a phone and activating a new two year contract was very bland and dry and didn't really look like she wanted to be at work that day. She was very knowledgable about all of the products just didn't make me very excited took business with her. read more

Was sent to the Belton store by Verizon to pick up the phone to replace the one that was defective. Very very poor customer service. Rude interrupts the customer You know the people that pay them. Then was told that they wouldn't replace the phone. Left the store and called Verizon back.
