I won't ever be back there. Two days after the repair it started shutting down every 3 minutes. They didn't want to take responsibility for it. Took it to Apple and sure enough it was something they did. Plus It felt like to me they were really wanting to sell a policy to cover the phone. One of the guys leaves the conversation for literally no more than 2 minutes. Comes back and claims he talked to his district manager and they could offer me a policy then in 30 days I could get it repaired for free. What a scam. I was having trouble getting my phone to connect with the charger. I bought we cables and it didn't help. I took it here and they cleaned the fuzz out of the port. Phone connects fine now. And they didn't charge me a dime!! You don't see this happen very often. I highly recommend tTHIS location! read more

DO NOT use them. Save yourself the hassle down the road and get your iPhone fixed at Apple. These people use generic parts without telling you, charge you Apple prices and then a few months down the road (after their warranty of course) it will stop working. Think about when you use a generic charging cable with an iPhone. It'll work just fine and then one day you plug it in and it won't charge saying "this accessory is not supported". Pretty much what happens when they use a generic display on your phone. read more

I set an appointment, confirmed the parts were in and dropped my phone off on Dec 30th. He needed one day to fix it, when I dropped the phone off he asked for a week because he didn't have staff. I agreed, In the mean time the store closed, left no way to get the phone back and I started calling the corporate office. As of now, over 45 days later I still don't have my phone back and lost my credit to turn in the phone to AT&T. It's now cost me $800 , no phone, and was told I could now pick it up at the Olathe store. Since then I've gone into that store 3 times during their posted hours and they were locked and closed. What a joke and zero response from corporate or the district manager. read more

May be the worst business I have ever used. Screen cracked within 24hr then replace ,bought screen saver, then cracked again within 24hrs. I've had my Apple phone for 3 years and never cracked. Get a crack, take it to be fixed here and cracks immediately. Save your time and $. Just go to Apple to get it done right!!! read more

Very overpriced, most cell phone screen repairs are around $100-$150 while this store charges an absurd $260. Service was very slow and the person behind the counter was not helpful. They claim to "price match" other stores in the area but they were by far the most expensive. I will never be coming back to this store again. I have also noticed that since they replaced my screen there is a clicking noise when my phone vibrates. They claim to be apple certified but ended up using the wrong iPhone X screen on my iPhone XR without telling me beforehand. read more

I originally took my computer in because it would not let me download games and said I needed more memory. When my dad brought it to them they said it was a issue with my hard drive so they took it for a WEEK and "fixed" it. When I got it back nothing changed but my screen had 3-4 inch thick black lines on all sides making my games very hard to see. In addition they FLIPPING DIDNT REINSTALL WINDOWS. When we brought it back and told them all the ways they screwed up they took it back for another WEEK and reinstalled windows. They FINALLY fixed windows but when I got it back I saw multiple problems. FIrst, ALL MY PROGRESS IN ALL MY F-ing GAMES GOT DELETED WITH NO WAY TO GET IT BACK. Now, there was a back ups folder but when I checked it all my games were empty...so they didn't finish it. Second, the screen problem with the black border was still there off and on. THird, there IS -- 24-7 --a BEEPING NOISE that has NO pattern or link to anything. It is still there even after a full shut down and restart of my computer!!!!! I am NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS AT ALL AND IT LITERALLY WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF THEY DID NOTHING -1000/5 read more
