The whole process was quick and painless at the store. My phone worked immediately as we were driving home. We took her SUV because of the distance (my truck gets 1/3 the mileage) so I got to check my new iPhone first. Everything was 5/5 with it. When we got home her phone didn't work. We called Verizon customer care and for some reason my phone was set to activate immediately and her phone was set to activate the next day at 11:30am. We were told it was set up that way in the store? They sent a QR code to my email and her phone worked inside of 5 minutes. The 4* is because of 5* phone customer service and 3* store service. Looking back we should have just had them activate both phones and set them up in store.

Never had a problem getting the phone or accessory that I wanted in hand before leaving. When you enter the store you are queued in a line to wait your turn, which I like since there is no fighting who arrived first. You are able to pay your bill at this location. Parking is easy as its next to Olive Garden and Panera Bread.
