    I have been with this company since building my house in 1990. they have changed names many times,…read morebut it still from the same place. Now it is Breezeline. I have had an issue with my TV reception since a tree fell on the wires across from my home. PP&L cut the tree and the wires went almost up to where there were before. My TV reception, on all 3 boxes, went out immediately . When the wire was lifted I got partial reception. Internet, and phone never went out, but I could only get certain channels in HD. This exact same thing happened several years ago when it was still Metrocast. The tree that fell on the wires was almost in the same place. My TV went out until they cut the tree and the wires went up. Same problem on 3 TV'S. As with this situation, they kept sending " ALLEGED TECHS" out and kept telling me I had to get new boxes (TiVO) to get better reception. I went for their blabber, and still no remedy. It took 4 months for them to send a bucket truck, and inspect the wires that went down. They linemen told me one of the connectors was loosened, after which everything was fine. That is until this episode. Now the " ALLEGED TECH" tells me that the old TiVO boxes are the problem, and I need to upgrade. I am no t a moron. All 3 boxes wouldn't go bad all at once, and only when the tree came down. He told me they won't send a bucket truck out to inspect the on the pole as long as I have internet and phone. What is this? A Meatloaf song ? "2 OUT OF 3 AIN'T BAD". I have called customer service . What a joke that is. I am thinking on pressing 2 for Spanish. I had 2 years of Spanish so maybe I will pick up a few words, because I sure as hell can't understand "ALEX" or "Richard" A.K.A. HOP SING. On one call I asked to be sent to the loyalty dept. I was put on hold and listened to "BLUE BLUE" FOR 2 1/2 HOURS. I made it to a 7 minute wait time. The next thing I heard was " You Wait Time Is 24 Minutes. Version just strung fiber in front of my house. That is my next move. Loyalty means nothing to these people. They really SUCK ! 36 years and this is what you get. Lets not forget the ridiculous amount of money for this lousy service also. Anyone ever notice all their advertisements showing people and families smiling, and laughing. That was after they sent their equipment back to Breezeline. John M.

    The incompetence of this company has caused me irreparable financial and personal hardship…read more The company supervisor placed me on a "hold" list advising it would be 2 days for a call-back (never happened) because of the high volume of complaints logged to Breezeline stating they have 4,000 complaints to answer in order. To a point, I had to engage in a conference call with Breezeline and a corporate IT professional, which I hired, to explain to BREEZELINE on the solution to repair a problem situation on their end.
