I spoke with one of the gentlemen working that day and explained my situation. He assured me it was something they could fix and that it would only take a day or so. A few days later, I finally remembered to bring the phone with me and dropped it off. Just two days later, the charging port had been replaced, and the phone worked as well as it did when it was new. The repair cost was about $58, which I thought was very reasonable. The team did a great job, and I really appreciate the quick turnaround. This isn't my main phone, but it's nice to have a reliable backup again.

I met a new associate and she was super nice and friendly. Her nice attitude made me let go of what previous happened. Sadly, it wasn't just gunk in the USB port, but it was corroded enough that it needed replacing, and the parts and labor came to about a hundred and sixty dollars.
