I spoke with one of the gentlemen working that day and explained my situation. He assured me it was something they could fix and that it would only take a day or so. A few days later, I finally remembered to bring the phone with me and dropped it off. Just two days later, the charging port had been replaced, and the phone worked as well as it did when it was new. The repair cost was about $58, which I thought was very reasonable. The team did a great job, and I really appreciate the quick turnaround. This isn't my main phone, but it's nice to have a reliable backup again.

He was so helpful in walking my family and I through our old plan and giving us options and also letting us know we qualified for a teacher appreciation discount because I am a teacher. I was coming in to get a new iPhone as mine was ancient and it was time for an upgrade. I was able to trade in my old iPhone and because of the good condition received a very great deal on the trade in. Overall the representatives were so kind and helpful. The environment was clean and all representatives were helping other families. This experience raises the bar 100% to what I expect!
