Absolutely horrible. The manager must have taken a course in anti customer service-I think his name is Deione or something. All i can advise is to stay very very far away, especially if you're a pre paid customer. Come to find out, the corporate stores and these retail stores are not really even connected. So naturally, that means headaches for the customer. There are other options around. Don't give me the chance to say I told you so. read more

I first went to this store 2 years ago to buy a Samsung s8. After buying the phone, it starting having terrible malfunctions and glitches. I went back into the store for assistance and the associates were terrible. Didn't provide any type of help or anything. Instead she just threw a pamphlet at me and told me to call a random number. I was disgusted with the service and tried to do everything myself. Fast forward to 2 years later and ready for an upgrade; I noticed the same store front had gotten a cosmetic upgrade and I see new faces inside. So I decided to try my luck and get a new phone and what a world a difference it was. All of the associates who helped me were very patient and actually listened to what I had to say. I walked out of there with a new phone, a piece of mind, and a brighter day. This new att store is where yall need to go if you need anything. Forget about the old one and come see for yourself! read more

At no point should bolts randomly fling off your bike while you going down the Brooklyn bridge going 24mph. I'm a high school student and I had to pay for my bike with my own money. I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. From the owner Pete: OK, where are you going? (Direct email sent from owner) 1- Last Mile NYC replaces all of the electronics on your bike. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
