    Crane machine prize

Best place for crane machines. Love the experience and staff. The prizes were super high quality and the games were winnable.

    4-token Sanrio toys

Love going here with my girlfriend! The toys are all name-brand and legitimate (from Sanrio or Pokemon), as opposed to the multitudes of other claw machine places in Flushing or Manhattan stocking bootlegs or store-branded toys. Costs 2-4 bucks per play depending on the plush, and we typically have good luck getting toys in 1-5 tries on average. They sell bubble tea there too, which is nice. Always make it a priority to go here, and Tangram mall nearby, whenever we're in Flushing!

    9/16-9/17~ Grand Opening!

OMG-this place is SO CUTE!! My daughter is a big Sanrio/ Cinnamoroll fan, and she asked us to take her here. We came on a Saturday @ 11 am- it was also their grand opening, which we didn't know about, so we received some freebies with purchase. We opted for the (best value) $120 package, and my daughter played a good amount of claw machines- she won 5 plushies. I personally think the machines weren't rigged- it's all skill/ luck. The plushies that my daughter couldn't get, I saw other ppl getting them and vice versa. There's a wide variety of claw machines with cute/ authentic plushies as well as figurines- lots of Sanrio- Cinnamoroll, Pompompurin, Pokémon, Rilakkuma, etc. You can exchange your winning plushies for points to save or trade-in for other things. Great options to have & the point system is very reasonable. The second floor had a huge selection of anime figurines, collectibles, and plushies for sale or trade. All the shelves are stocked with kawaii plushies, anime products & figurines, including rare and hard-to-find items. The staff that helped us throughout the whole time we were there was truly amazing! She was so helpful- answered all my questions and showed me how to use the app. She made our experience that much better. She even repositioned the plush for my daughter a few times so she could win it, offered me a shopping cart, took our picture for us, and asked if I needed a bag for all her plushies. My daughter said she loved it, and it's the best arcade out of all the ones she's been to (Partea, Up1, Teso-x, Round1) . We'll be back soon!

Really nice new facility with a lot of different claw machine options and blind boxes for pretty affordable prices too. The claw machine experience on the other hand is definitely not worth the price you pay. The base starting purchase is 21 tokens for $20. If you check-in on Yelp it also offers you a "free play" which is 3 tokens, however you can't actually play anything because it's 4 tokens per play. That means you only get about 5 plays per $20 but it takes at least 10 plays to win the playout aka the claw be strong enough to grab the plushie. It's nice how they're transparent with the prices of their prizes, most averaging at $40+ but like I mentioned before, I spent at least $40 on tokens and still wasn't able to win playout due to other inconsiderate customers. The machines also mention that you can ask a staff to help reposition an item to help you win it, but they were pretty unfriendly and more interested in talking to their friends- pretty valid but not the best customer service.

If you have the budget to spend $3-$4 per try on a claw machine, this is definitely a fun place to hangout! The interior is cute and very clean. Lots of walking space - so you don't feel cramped like other arcades. A lot of the plushies are REALLY CUTE and some I've never seen before! They have signs in each machine that will tell you the market value of the plush online. You can also ask the staff to adjust the positioning of the items in the machine. They have blind boxes for sale too :)

    Shirley H.

The plushies are extremely cute. The machines aren't crazy expensive. In the basement, they also have toys you can buy or trade if you don't win or see something you like; I don't think they are overpriced either. However, the reason I didn't play is because in order to play an app needs to be downloaded and that's how amount is charged. I find this a bit inconvenient. I guess I'm kind of old fashion.

I don't typically write reviews, but this place definitely deserves good words - have been going on and off to Project KE several times since it gives happy vibes. Have won a couple of things.. The claw machines are a mix of skill (knowing positioning is key) and luck of the claw strength (seems kinda random since the ball machines with the large Sanrio plush can possibly grab it in 3 shots if you're lucky or it can take several attempts / overall very random since I've seen the claw do some weird stuff after alot of attempts). Staff is very friendly! They can be busy at times since they're juggling the planning of their grand opening and such but they're usually very helpful as long as you flag them down for help if there's not already someone going around. The trade in system with points and for plush in machines is very generous. Definitely recommend stopping by and will continue to come by here myself :) the plushies are legitimate imports from Japan and not stuff from drop shipping stores which is amazing for a crane game place and worthwhile if you can manage to get something.

On this day, I won on my first attempt.

Walking by the store on a holiday weekday, they were open at 11am and already a fair number of people walking around inside though most games were available. There is also a photo booth, a couple individual karaoke booth "games", air hockey and basketball hoops shooting games. They're known for having a wide selection of prizes though depending on the player and the machine it may or may not be worth your time--it's a for-profit business so expect the ticket winning system to net out economically in favor of the arcade. You're really paying for the experience, and prizes are a bonus. That being said when I walked around the claw machine area I saw some plushies being won, some by very young children, unsure of how many tries it took. Plenty of staff were around, not hard to get their attention to ask a question. There's a pretty large wall of prizes (compared to some other arcades) along the back wall to the right as you enter the store from the mall side, with some ginormous plushies, manga figurines, Pokémon cards, etc as your potential winnings. Really random but I noticed they also sell adhesive nail sets in various designs at the same counter. Gift cards are available. Extremely disappointing experience for my child's birthday party…read more I rarely write reviews, but I feel it's important to share this experience so other families know what to expect. We booked our child's birthday party here and it turned out to be one of the most frustrating experiences we've had. From the start, communication and customer service were poor. When we booked, we were told that to receive their 20% discount, the deposit had to be paid by cash or Zelle -- no credit cards accepted. We ended up sending a $300 deposit via Zelle. On the day of the party, we were unexpectedly told to pay the entire $944 up front, even though we had already paid a deposit. The staff said they would "refund" the deposit afterward, which was never clearly explained before. This caused unnecessary stress during setup since we had to gather additional cash right before guests arrived. During the event, there were several issues: We weren't asked to sign waivers until after the kids started playing, which interrupted the start of the party. The laser tag (included in our booking) wasn't ready -- the staff said the equipment was still charging. The staff's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful throughout. After the party ended, we stayed about 30 minutes to clean up the room -- something most places understand is part of the process. The next day, when we asked for our $300 deposit refund, we were told it was being withheld because we "stayed 50 minutes longer." That's unreasonable. We were cleaning up, not extending the party, and the children had mostly left. To make things worse, when we tried to discuss this issue, the staff was rude and unprofessional. The facility itself wasn't well maintained -- we even found garbage in the ball pit. Between the lack of communication, poor management, and the unfair way they handled the deposit, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. There are so many better options that actually value their customers. Spend your money elsewhere -- you'll get better service and less stress.

Who is Plucky? What station? Walked in to get prize after spinning the wheel outside- It's all claw machines where you put in tokens and claw stuffed animals and other toys. Where to get tokens? As you walk down the ramp and on right hand side is a token machine exchange your dollars to tokens. What did we win as we each spin the wheel. A stuffed dog key chain and a bag- where you can put all the toys you won from playing at the claw machines. The stuffed animals were all adorable and cute. Luckily, I'm still able to get 3 mini plushies....despite some difficulty. $1 = 1 token + you need to put in 2 tokens ($2) per turn for mini claw machines while 3 tokens ($3) for regular sized claw machines. Only downside: Sorry, buddy! You're all on your own. No staff physically working at the spot so you won't be able to ask anyone to reposition/rearrange the plushies for a higher chance of winning. Probably won't ever go back again. It's too difficult to claw anything imo if plushies can't be rearranged when they get pushed to the side or towards the corners as the claw can't reach certain areas inside the claw machines. Nonetheless, best of luck to anyone who plans to stop by!
