I had a similar experience to everyone else I brought two MacBooks to this place in November right after Thanksgiving one MacBook Air one Mac MacBook Pro they had fixed the MacBook Pro. I came back the next week to pay for the services. They could not find my MacBook Pro and returned me the wrong one and they couldn't find my MacBook Air when I came back to try to settle things. They gave me the wrong MacBook Air that had water damage and the MacBook Pro had to damage screen so nothing was fully serviced. I highly do not recommend this business. I was in need of a new screen protector and phone case for my iPhone 12 Pro and walk right in to inquire about there services. They were friendly and managed to apply the tempered glass privacy screen protector and new silicone phone case to my phone within 5 mins time. Do not let these guys fix ur cracked screen. I normally go to Apple when my screen cracks but there isn't one close by and I was tight on time. They fixed my screen for 90$. Similar in price than what Apple would do. I got my phone back and it had a blue cast over it and looked way darker than usual. I complained to the guy and he told me I could put on the 130$ screen and pay the difference!!! Apple charges less than that for my iPhone phone! Wtf. He then said he can take his screen back and give me my money....gag is he'd leave me without a screen all together. Like seriously??? Apple won't even touch it like that. Ha then said I have to wait until someone fixes their screen and he'll replace mine with their cracked one so I can take to Apple to fix. I try to shop local and support small businesses in the area but this is ridiculous. Never again. Stay away. read more

I was skeptical at first but had little choice since Apple requires you to turn off Find My iPhone before they'll work on it and my son's screen was cracked so badly I couldn't. The guy who helped me was great - said an hour and it was ready in an hour. The Home button didn't work quite right when I first picked it up so he worked on it for about another 15 minutes and it worked great. Cheaper than Apple by about $40 and much quicker and easier. read more

I was happy to see a store like this in the neighborhood, a local place I could pick up a case, headphones etc. The turn off was when my son asked them for a quote to fix his cracked iPhone 5 screen he was told $75.00 ( I was on the phone with my son when he asked) so the next day I went in to drop it off they said no not $75 it's going to be $100.00. I explained to them my son came in showed you the phone and you said $75, he said that wasn't true. I told the guy I was on the phone with my son I heard you ? He said he never said $75. So I don't know why he did a bait and switch move but it wasn't cool. I have many apple products including a cracked iPad and an iPad mini that I would have been happy to have them fix but I don't trust them now. read more

My iPad would not charge. The charger cable broke inside it. I thought I would need to buy a new iPad. My husband brought it to Izzy's, because we went there to have my glass cover installed and it was done quickly and very affordably! He was told it could be fixed and would be ready in a week. Well, it was ready 3 days early and for over a $100 less than Apple would have charged. He even installed a new glass screen! I was in the area for business when my cell phone died. It was very important to have my cell phone at the time for business so I had to stop by a local cell phone store. I found Izzy's wireless and was able to get a portable charger for my iphone. It already had juice so I was set to go.
