SCAM ALERT!!! My 19 yr old daughter went there one week ago to replace her screen. I was charged $266, and she kept getting a message that the screen was not compatible with iPhone and glitching. She took it back today because it stopped working altogether. Same guy said they don't give refunds, but for today only he will replace the screen for 1/2 PRICE!! Are you kidding me??? The. He told her it was cracked, she must have dropped it, when it's not cracked at all! I had been trying to call there for days, no answer and mailbox full, and emails from their advertised email comes back not deliverable, not a valid email. This place is a scam, do not go here. EDIT TO ADD: Phone was taken to Apple Store immediately after leaving his store for second time. We now have a letter stating the battery swelled due to improperly installing a new screen with inferior parts, causing the phone to completely shut down. I now have to take him to small claims court, which I will, for the original $266.56 + the cost of a replacement phone that he destroyed. If he wasn't so stubborn to be an ass to a young girl and just issue a refund, he wouldn't have this review nor end up in court. read more

I purchased my iPhone 8 though Almaty a few weeks ago and when it arrived to me it came defective. I called the insurance and they told me to try and get it fixed for $160 if I can. This place is fantastic. Yasser is so nice. The prices are better than anywhere else I called as well. Needed an entire LCD digitizer and screen replaced on my Galaxy phone. I had it replaced it look great I took it home and it wasn't working so I brought it back and with no problem they took it apart again and realized that I had given them a European version of the screen which is not compatible. They took it apart put on a compatible American peace instead in the assembly for no charge and made it work. They then replaced the camera for me with no charge for the labor for my inconvenience. DO NOT GO HERE. My screen cracked and I got it replaced here for $120. Within 2 weeks the whole screen starting blurring and spazzing and glitching (I didn't drop it or anything) and when I brought it to cell doc he told me it was my fault and it would cost another $75. Then I took it to verizon and they took it apart and told me that the screen cell doc put on was put on so poorly that it caused the problem. I kept the screen that cell doc put on, brought it back and demanded a refund. He gave me my refund without argument because I had PROOF that he messed up so bad and he could not argue it. Do not go here. They take your money and do a horrible job. Very disappointed and unhappy that a company like this even exists and continues to rip people off daily. read more

Went there on a whim. Across the hall from them is the Verizon Wireless store and of course the cases they sold were only Otterbox. Im sorry but i can not see myself paying 45 dollars for a hard plastic case to protect my phone. At the same time i learned my lesson and realized that a 9 dollar heavy duty case from Amazon only serves as eye candy. After leaving the Verizon store I crossed over to Cell Doc and was happy to see some good options for cases. Some were very flimsy and others definitely provided protection. The cases are displayed out so you can just pick one up and try it on your phone. I like the iFace line alot and got a blue one. I also got another case (sorry no name) and it provides a nice protective feel to it. I also needed a screen protector but didn't know how to select them so one of the representatives chose a tempered screen protector which is very thick, clear and protective. He gave me a discount for buying two other cases and i definitely appreciated that. He had some challenges put the protector on and evetually got his colleague to do it. While the first rep was putting the screen protector on, he noticed my crack on my phone and asked when i was going to bring it in for them to fix it. Im sorry, but if its not the manufacturer company doing that, no one is going near the motherboard of my phone. Overall, it was a good experience for me in that i went to buy affordable heavy duty cases and i would absolutely purchase cases and screen protectors from them again. Not a bad purchase when you leave with two cases and a screen protector for $45 rather than one. Score! read more

The replacement screen they used on my Ipad was very cheap plastic that never locked in place. It cracked on the corner after just a few days. When I went in to get a replacement they wanted to charge me again on top of the $117 I already paid. Totally shady business. I will never go into their store again. read more

It worked for less then 2 weeks and when I went back they told me they would never charge more then $45 to replace an antenna. Total BS. I went in for a new screen and they fixed it. Within 1 week the screen started coming off and when I brought it back they told me my phone was bent and that's why it came off. I was also told by Apple that the screen cell doc put on was not a real iPhone screen. It was not bent and when I asked them to fix it, they said it would still cost me. To give this place one star is a gift. It was the worst experience I have ever had in trying to get an iPad fixed. It was an iPad mini 3 and the screen was broken. They told me they could repair it and after having it for over a month, they were unable too. I asked for my money back, and then took it someplace else, where I was told that Cell Doc had removed pieces, taped screws back into the iPad and touched a screen that they weren't supposed to touch. I also was told on numbers occasions that the manager was never in the store when in fact it was he who I was talking too. They are the biggest disgrace and because they had screwed it up even more, it was unable to be fixed. They are the biggest waste of a store and I would no more recommend even buying a case from there. Brought in an iPhone with cracked screen because we heard they did a decent job and were about half the price of Apple. Found out that they were now the same price as Apple but still said ok being in a pinch. They replaced the screen and random lines popped up and the entire phone failed to work properly. He said he'd need to do another replacement and he did, the screen was clearly cheap plastic instead of real glass and looked much darker and fuzzier- as well as operating with significant lag- total rip off! We actually had them put the broken display back on and will just take the phone to be fixed properly at Apple. On top of that all I found it extremely extremely rude that as soon as we had an issue they started rolling their eyes and talking (presumably about us) in their native tongues right in front of our faces! Stay away- especially now that their prices are no better than the official supplier! read more
