I have had 2 seperate 5 star experiences at this store. Both times to upgrade my iphone. Easy, no hassle, great customer service. Andrea made the process fast and she knows the products and the plans. This is great because for someone not tech savvy like myself she can explain the different features of the phones and products. Andrea also made sure my old phone was backed up and when I left the store my new phone had all my contacts and apps already on it! The manager Oscar was also very friendly and made sure I was satisfied with everything. If you need to upgrade or get a new phone/ ipad/ apple watch or anything else this is the store you shoud visit! read more

Sadly, The employees in the store simply lie to you to get you to sign up for plans. The store manager Juli Cabrales refused to help me after the sales associate lied to me about the details of a plan he signed me up for. It is sad that even the store manager does not want the customer to be helped but rather insult them and then dismiss the situation. She was very unprofessional and rude and clearly does not know how to properly train employees or run a store. Go to another location where the manager is not lazy and actually cares about the clients. read more

Although I had never been to this particular AT&T store before today; I had usually gone to the one in Lafayette which just recently closed. I had to bring my 86 yr old mother there to figure out how to transfer the contacts from her old Flip phone to her new 5G flip phone Johnny was the CSR that helped her and he could not have been more patient with her I was very surprised to see him transfer every single contact and go over the phone#s with her. He honestly could not have been more polite or helpful . With everything online now;this was the much needed break we both needed to get this chore completed read more

My husband and I had a great experience when we upgraded our old phones. The manager and the new trainee were fantastic . I was so glad we went here , we were treated like we were the only ones there. Wow the Manager really knows how to multitask too. Thanks guys for such great customer service. I kept referring us old folks as the over 65 club and it was so nice how they really explained everything so well. Horrible, I walked in and no one even acknowledged me. I understand they were helping a customer but to ignore me for over 10 minutes not even saying I'll be with you in a minute. They had an employee on the computer and she refused to assist me ignoring me when I asked how long it might be for someone to assist. Truly the worst customer service I've experienced at any business in years. We are long time (20+ years) customers with multiple devices on our account and have no doubt our business means nothing to this particular store. Wasted trips to this mall location, received the run around multiple times. I'd go back to using a fax machine if this location were the only option. Awful service! Bobby was the one that "helped me". I went in wanting to switch to an Android from an Iphone and he tried to talk me out of it. After making it clear I wanted an android. He tried to sell me some promo by lying about the cost. He said he would throw in a speaker, but I got charged for it. He then told me he would be fired if he returned it and asked if I could provide him with a job because I was the one that wanted to make a return....WHAT?.... I believe this location has moved to outside the flatiron mall near the food court side. I actually walked out after being talked down to for 10 minutes. The sales girl was snide when I asked questions when I needed clarification on what she said. She kept going back to her sales pitch and never did resolve the issue I came in with. I bought an IPhone 5s with a Sonix case back in July 2014. The case was defective and I took it to the AT&T Flatirons location to utilize the 1-year limited case warranty but the manager would not honor the warranty. She was also short with me and gave me the wrong information. I felt frustrated when I left. I then went to the AT&T store located in Longmont and they were great. They were not rude at all and did not charge me anything for the new case or the shipping. I've had other Sonix cases before and I've been happy with Sonix and will buy them again because they make my favorite case design. I will not shop at the AT&T FLATIRON location again. Went in on Saturday to upgrade my 4 year old phone. Got a great deal with a 50% rebate sale on the G6. Lots to learn on the new phone but longer battery life and better pictures are just a few of the better features. Beware though... if you have 30,000 text messages it would take 90 minutes to transfer them all... i chose to wait and clean some out or just not convert them. read more

Turned out that they lied about the amount of monthly savings we would have. We are paying at least $50 more than what we did with Verizon 'and' their service stinks. Can't have a conversation in our own home w/out having to walk outside to talk. Same thing when we're in the mountains -- where there is supposed to be service. They offered to "investigate" the issue, since they have audio visual, and wouldn't you know it - SILENCE. Suddenly all correspondence / phone calls stopped. Last November, I went to this store to upgrade my phone. I selected the phone that I liked and the sales man informed that this phone is not available and it has be ordered and shipped to my home address. After 10 days I did not receive the phone and my old phone was deactivated. I called AT&T and they told me that the new phone was stolen at the port that why I did not receive it. AT&T rep told me over to go back to the same store that I ordered the new phone and inform them about the stolen new phone so they can activate the old phone. I visited the store again and they were able to reactivate my old phone but they didn't allow me to upgrade my phone even if it was stolen which most likely by the delivery man. The management and the sales of this store were not helpful at all as a matter of fact were worthless for solving this small problem to upgrade my phone.
