I was a loyal Zagg scream protector for my watch and phone until recently. I have called almost every friend for the last three months and they still don't have any 44mm fusion screen protectors in stock. The staff always has AirPods or similar in and just don't seem to care. My screen protector on my watch got the point I had to take it off myself and find a different product. As one of the only Zagg stores around, this booth store gets a lot of people visiting it so there can be lines at times. The staff are friendly and competent and happy to help with warranty replacements. They are a franchise store so there is generally a nominal charge ($10) for replacement of screens and is a way the franchises can stay in business. read more

I waited in line for 15 minutes while one of their guys who was definitely 18 or older, was flirting with girls who were not older than 12. The other two guys were sitting behind him messing around. Once one of the other guys decided to help, it took him about two minutes to install the screen however he kept messing around with the other guys throughout. When I got my first smartphone, I bought it in the mall. I wanted to protect the screen, and the guy suggested going here, so I did. They installed the screen cover, it protected, good stuff. Years later, after moving much further away from the mall, I bought a Droid from Verizon. I purchased a pack of screen protectors and applied one myself. It was misaligned and had bubbles. No problem, I'll have the Verizon folks do it. Took the phone it and the store hooked me up with a guy thats "really good at the screen covers." He applied it, but the cutout for the earpiece wasn't right. I brought it in again a few days later when someone else was on duty. The alignment was better, but there were bubbles. I tried a few different Verizon stores in the area, and each one was ALRIGHT, but not great. Finally I gave up and drove my ass all the way to the Flatirons mall, searched for the Invisible Shield cart (it had moved since I went there before) and got a new screen applied. Perfect alignment, no bubbles. Seriously, these guys do it perfectly every time. If you want a protector for your screen, this is the place to go, don't waste your time elsewhere. read more

I must first say that the product that they sell for screen protection is excellent. I can tell that the protection is heavy duty and would last a long time. The person I first had my installation done on my iPad was very nice and professional. But coming in the next day to ask about some streaking and if I could have it redone the girl at the station was a complete jerk and inconsiderate. I am a very easy going person, so for someone to be like that to me is surprising. Her name was either Angela or Megan, could not remember. The low score I'm rating is all for the customer service. Don't even know where to start!!! When I call the number of the kiosk to complain the message I get says the voice mail is not set up. I have gone back 4 times to get the screen protector fixed on my brand new Apple Watch (a 90 minute round trip drive!). One time the guy said the other guy put it on crooked! The last time the guy said it was my brand new Apple Watch's fault. So he suggested a different screen cover. I came back today and no one showed up to work! I asked the mall and they had no clue why! Bought the tempered glass invisible shield here for my ipad 2 air. The guy did a great job putting it on without no air bubbles and he did it quick. Only gripe is, the price for the invisible shield was waaayyy too high. More expensive than other places. I didn't shop around before coming here so I was oblivious of the price. Came back a few months later for a replacement and came to find out that they had originally put the lowest grade shield. I am so irritated with these guys! I like the product but the service here has been horrible. I recently upgraded my phone and was going to give my old one to my kid. I brought the phone in and they said they do not carry that protector anymore, told me to go to the website and order a replacement from them and they would gladly put it on for me... for 5 bucks. No problem, while I am here can I get one for my Galaxy s3? They told me they were out of stock and should have them in the following week. Came back the next week and they talked me into getting the full protector on it so I wouldn't have to get a case. They put it on and things were good for a few weeks until I pulled it out of my pocket and corner had rolled over on itself. I also noticed the back is starting to discolor. Took it back to do the lifetime replacement $5 for front, $5 for back to install it. They should have some more in their next shipment mid week. Mid week came, went back in and they said they were still sold out, try back at the weekend. It has now been 2 weeks with me calling every 3 days or stopping in when I am in the area. Tried complaining but the guy there told me he is only part time and they don't give him the shipping schedules. I asked if they could call when they get them in... no they can't but here is our number, or you can always go online. Should have gone to one of the other hundred places that sell them that will also do the in house applications. Plus, I am not sure how I would do the lifetime warranty if they ever go out of business. They don't give you the box so you can't register it with Zagg I have a wonderful phone that looks like a zombie with a half its ragged face skin hanging off and just bought a case to help protect it from happening again. I don't have any problem with the invisible shield but it is one of the most popular phones in the world right now and I found 4 other places in the mall that have them in stock. We like the ZAGG screen protector products, but not the service at this kiosk. We came into the mall today to get a new glass screen protector for my boyfriend's new phone, and had brought the old protector from his old phone with us. We were misinformed by another associate that we might be able to exchange the old model for the new model, which was wrong (it was whatever, he was willing to buy a new one anyways). This was AFTER they didn't have the right screen protector last week! Guy at the counter was a jerk the whole time we were there. He ignored us when we first arrived, and then was short and rude for the entire interaction. He waited until after opening and beginning to replace the screen protector to ask if black on the edges was okay, then proceeded to tell us that it was the only option anyways. I asked if I could still get the free screen protector through the kiosk if I had already registered and ordered online before, and he snapped at me that it was $6 to install (not what I asked??). Lousy and overpriced. No mention of an installation fee when all the other glass I have had put on was free. I would have done it myself if I had known there would be a charge. Screen was not cleaned thoroughly and some dust left under the glass. Go somewhere else. $50 was a ridiculous price for glass on an iPhone. read more
