We were lured in with the promise of "free" iPhones when trading in our devices and switching from T-Mobile after 20 years. In September, we traded in two iPhone 14 Pros for iPhone 16 Pro Maxes and were supposed to receive $1,000 off a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. We also added watches and a fifth line to our plan. Things went downhill fast. When our bill seemed off, we visited the store twice and were told that the correct pricing wouldn't appear until after two billing cycles--as long as we had autopay enabled. Fast forward to today: our last two bills were way higher than expected, and none of the monthly phone credits were applied. After calling AT&T, we discovered the truth--Bliss Studios set us up with the wrong plan. The "free" phones only applied to the premium plan, but they signed us up for the basic plan instead. On top of that, the $1,000 discount on the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra never happened either. Since it's now past 30 days, we're stuck with this mess. To make matters worse, they took our fully paid-off iPhone 14 Pros and gave us only $385 in credit, and they took my paid-off Samsung S22 Ultra as well. Now, we're stuck paying over $5,000 for phones that were supposed to be "free" or discounted. Bliss Studios lied and scammed us, plain and simple. Stay far, far away from this place unless you want to be ripped off!

I looked at it only to see my bill was $100 more than current bill!!!!! I SPECIFICALLY said it needs to be close or I cannot do it and will wait. $100 MORE A MONTH!!!!! I'm so pissed off!! I hate I can't remember the names of the great young men there. They were very welcoming the moment I entered the store. They greeted me and asked me to have a seat and they would be with me soon. And soon it was. I had messed up the Setup of our new phones. The employee that assisted me was patient and kind. He undid my mistakes on both phones and completed the activation and transferring of data on both phones not missing a beat. Even when other patrons entered, he never hurried with what he was helping me with yet at the same time acknowledging and extending the same the same hospitality to the new ones as they entered. It took a long time to correct what I had done but they never acted like it was too much. I will be recommending all my friends. Thanks again guys!

After waiting for 1 hour 27 minutes (stupid me) with her coming back on the line every so often to assure me that the supervisor was coming, she disconnected the call. I guess that was her way of letting me know that a supervisor wouldn't be coming after all. Right back at you AT&T/DirectTV. Now I'm stuck paying for a 1200 dollar phone that Samsung had already agreed to warranty because the tech didn't want to do the repairs. The screen was fine until it BROKE IN THE MIDDLE. How about addressing the real issue!!!!!!! This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. And don't bother calling the phone number at Asurion. Sounded like a party going on in the background. They do suffer from occasional dropouts - and it's usually in poor weather, but not always - but they're mostly limited to brief interruptions of 2-5 minutes, often at night when no one notices. Downside is, if you DO need to get through, it's a nightmare - like an hour on hold to be told "we don't have an ETA." But, they DID already know about the issue. I don't see why they don't simply get a twitter account and post live status updates. Also, enrolling in autopay on my CC was much harder than it should have been. For rural AR, I'm pretty happy.

It would go a few times a week. Their modem would take 5 minutes to reboot. They would have issues multiple times a month. They kept going up in cost, it got to $108. We finally had Rightfiber move in, they installed fiber and it was 20+ cheaper per month that includes taxes and everything. So, 330~ a year is saved after switching and it's more stable with faster upload. We thought giving Fidelity, a chance, they would improve their services and prices after competition came in, to keep existing customers. It was a mistake to assume this. So moved to Rightfiber a few months ago. I told Fidelity I am canceling our service. They kept billing, missed it for two days, and they billed for the entire month. They also wanted their terrible modem, which takes forever to boot to be driven to them. They wanted a person to drive about 30 minutes to an hour over to one of their locations. Wasting fuel and milage. At first, they didn't even want it to be mailed in. They said they'd call, randomly expecting somebody to be at home at that specific time they call, for tech to pick it up. No tech ever called. The billing department over there said they would prorate one month where we were late by 2 days, and the next month after, refund that one as well. Called a few times. It has been difficult dealing with them by canceling the service. I then got another email saying they were going to try and hit the card for January despite not having used the service since November or so. Now, they're letting us mail it in which may cost over $20. It is ridiculous all of this to cancel. Be cautious if you are going with them. First, use a credit card instead of a debit card, and I would recommend you consider avoiding using a rented modem. Even get a used one online, so if you ever do cancel. You don't have this issue. They might not have a contract to keep you locked in, but they make it a bit difficult to opt out.
