Man I used to like this place back when my buddy was in part ownership, but I just recently found out he sold.. but anyways I have to y'all about this experience I had today walking into this pawn shop today 4/17/2020 at about 5:45 pm close to closing time, okay so I'm walking in there to purchase a shotgun I had originally called about a specific gun I wanted to see if they had it in stock, well I go in it's not the exact gun I want but I see another gun in the rack and fall in love with it, I actually liked it so much I was going to spend an extra 400 dollars on this gun. Long story short I try and get a deal on it and negotiate cause I am a salesman and that's what I do I know the sales business, and they give me no room the owner him self cheap skate scum of the earth In A shiny suit blondish red hair short curly looking like a Boy Scout declines my money.. let's take in account here that I handed the sales associate my drivers license and my Arkansas state concealed carry license all up to date and he still declined me on purchasing the weapon and wouldn't even let me buy it or hold it or anything!!! What is going on??? I begin to ask the owner Mr I don't even know his name, I'm going to find out and update this review and let y'all know, the craziest thing is I have my concealed carry and was going to pay 650 dollars for a gun in that store and when the owner looked at me I could tell he was judging me being racist on the way I was dressed and judged me on my appearance.. I couldn't believe it I'm shocked this guy who owns this place or manages it whatever it may be is a racist and judges People on there outside appearance, I could tell by the way he looked at me and treated me and spoke to me.. I will NEVER walk into another Ipawn again no matter where I am.. just because of that man I just explained to y'all I will get the name and I will serve justice I want people to know what kind of service they will be getting walking into that DUMP, if I could rate the store 0 I deff would!!! And P.S(to the little short man syndrome owner manager w.e the fuck you are with blonde hair going bald in a shiny suit and your pants don't fit) I can't wait to see you Run that place into the ground and see you Fail cause you treat people like shit and think you are better then everybody else when you aren't nothing but a little weasel ass prick. Messaged about an item this pawn shop was selling on marketplace and asked to (trade my laptop + $100 cash) for a tablet they had listed for sale and the salesperson acted like she had agreed to the trade but I guess somehow misunderstood what I was asking for and then never replied back to clarify, so I came all the way to the store hoping to do the trade for her to only offer me $150 for my laptop that goes for $400-$600 used. Then she never replied to subsequent messages where I offered up more items to work out a deal. I guess I shouldn't have expected very much from a pawn shop. This salesperson shouldn't be posting things online if she refuses to communicate consistently with customers. Bad business practice. read more
