The first message with him showing confirm I had all the information and it was set to be confirmed as well as one of multiple ignored texts

Well another update....Since the service at this store was not good when I asked for their help with this situation. I have been in this process of trying to receive giftcards since February 20th as you can see from the picture below. On August 14th I texted the associate that showed up to my house (Brent) to make sure everything was ok. He assured me it would be confirmed (see picture below) and that it had been only two weeks since I had uploaded another thing I was supposed to (like the 4th thing at this point) and that there was no reason to worry, because it could easily take four weeks. On August 27th I logged in again and noticed that there was a message saying I was disqualified.... I texted the agent again, this time not even receiving a response. (see pictures below) On August 29th I texted him again hoping for a response and was slightly relieved as he told me and I quote (see pictures below) "I don't see any updates because it's only been 3 weeks, the 4 week mark is next Wednesday." This led me to believe that it was just a technical error I was seeing on my end. . (Keep in mind he said I DONT SEE that I took as he was actually looking at the account...) So, last Saturday having been a few days past what he told me this four week mark was and still having no changes on my end, I texted my him again, with... you guessed it, no response (see pictures below) After trying to call today to no avail I finally asked if he had a corporate number, which of course finally prompted a response... messaging me asking for my account number. That was over 2 hours ago (still no attempt to call me back) and still no response. I just thought I would give the final warning for anyone about to fall into the same trap I have. If you are already in the same situation as I am, I feel your pain. Here are some things you can do to potentially help. #1 Submit a detailed report to the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) via their consumer complaint portal (fcc.gov/complaints) #2 File complaints with Consumer Advocacy Groups complaints like the Better Business Bureau and RipoffReport.com #3 File a complaint with your state's Attorney General (Georgia: Chris Carr) #4 If you have documented proof like I have kept, file a report with corporate ethics via the AT&T ethics hotline. ( 800-807-4205) or (att.com/ethics) # Calling AT&T retentions can also sometimes help (1-800-331-0500 ) I just got off the phone with the support line and they were still missing information even after my agent, as you can see below, assured me everything was fine. I hope you learn from my mistakes and stay away from this company.

Excellent service from Alex and management team. Fast service and very helpful with phone.

They promise for 6 months or 1 year warranty but you won't get this in return and when you go back , they don't honor their words. This shop is full of lies and mistrust which has no honor and dignity. Beware! Don't fall for this scam. I am sharing this feedback to help future customers avoid being misled. * They overcharge for their services. * They use low-quality parts that do not last. * They promise a 6-month or 1-year warranty, but when you return with an issue, they refuse to honor it. This shop operates with dishonesty and broken promises. There is no trust, accountability, or professionalism here. I went here for an iPhone 14 Pro Max screen replacement. Our original plan was to get the repair done at the Apple Store, but they needed a few days, and we needed the phone fixed urgently. While leaving the Mall of Georgia, we noticed this shop and decided to check with them. The person at the shop promised a high-quality replacement screen and a 6-month warranty (instead of the 3-month warranty from Apple). Based on this, we agreed to the repair and paid $250. Just 6 days later, the screen stopped working. When we went back for the warranty repair, they refused, claiming we didn't have the 6-month warranty in writing. It's true that we didn't get written proof, which we should have asked for--but the warranty was clearly promised to us verbally. After we insisted and explained why no one would pay $250 for a screen that failed in a week, they finally agreed to replace it. However, I had to make three separate trips to the store because they kept saying the replacement screen wasn't available. On the final visit, when they finally replaced the screen, they forced us to pay an additional $100, even though the issue was clearly under the promised warranty. Final words: Do not trust this shop or individuals like "Johnny" (which seems to be a fake name). They make promises they don't keep, use questionable parts, and push extra charges on customers. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place.

It was a little kiddy with cutesy hair accessories, jewelry, chachkies, etc. It was a fun place but admittedly with a more "immature" target audience. Today, I stopped in at Mall of Georgia, and I seriously didn't recognize the place. It is like the beautiful, mature, responsible young college student down the hall, now. There are still the same kinds of products, but now less obnoxious and loud.. and more directed towards a girls or women in their 20s, I'd estimate. I am 30 and think there are plenty of options in there for myself and ladies older, as well. Pretty purses and wallets, cute wall decorations like small canvases that say "Beach Please" - ha - flower halos and probably-difficult-to-figure-out-hair-accessories, even pretty scarves, fashionable flasks, bridal accessories and "nicer" looking makeup. I have to say I am a fan and I was really close to buying a new wallet (but my current wallet is still working for me - I just can't fix it if it ain't broke.) I ended up leaving with two buy-one-get-one 50% off hair accessories that I probably don't need and may only use like once every 8 months, but I'm pretty excited about the store. Definitely check it out for cute going-out jewelry, gifts for your girlfriends and must-have-but-don't-really-need purchases. :)

The first day I called the girl told me I'll have to pay $34.99 to get her one ear done which is more then what i paid for both and today they told me $22.00 just for her one ear. It's ridiculous. I truly feel they should repierce her one ear for free. I could understand if it's been a month but a week come on now.

I changed the broken screen from my old phone a couple times here until I decided to get a new phone. When I got a new phone I came to this place to buy a good case so I wouldn't have the same screen problem again. The lady attending the kiosk explained me a promotion they had called Cellairis Bundle. If I bought an specific type of case ($50) I was also gonna get a screen protector, free screen repairs for three years and coverage on the case and protector too. For $50 this is a great deal. I was hesitant at first but now it's about to be a year I've that case and it's just excellent. The case it's so pretty and it's literally unbreakable. I don't know how many times I've dropped my phone and it doesn't seem to have not even a scratch. My screen protector broke once so I had to use the bundle coverage, and everything went perfect. So far so good Cellairis.
