Come Monday I'll have my 6th useless phone with a new one on the way for my new account with UNLIMITED EVERYTHING, including HOTSPOT!!! For $45 a month when I was paying $75 for unlimited everything except for hotspot; that was a 25gb a month. What would you do after providing your carrier an.option to counter their offer for your loyalty?! I did get prime for free but I don't mind paying the discounted prime price individually; it's still cheaper than having metro by t-mobile.

I like their transparency about the following: prices, rates, commissions, stock(s), data caps, and downtime; you just have to ask the right questions. :) I normally would never go T-Mobile 'full-send', but: they are headquartered in Bellevue, WA of all places.
