ZERO stars!! Do NOT come here! Nightmare of an experience. Go to a Verizon CORPORATE store! This is a third party store! They were not transparent at all! Lied about new monthly bill amount!! Lied about coverage applied but weren't! Misleading overall about everything! Gives off sleazy car sales men vibe!! CALL VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE YOURSELF AND VERIFY EVERYTHING if you still decide to deal with these guys at this store!!! I delt with Alexander first for initial trade in phones. Then with Edgar when returning iPads and returning old phones. Guy hustled the couple before us and for two lines and added a bunch of accessories that he convinced them to buy so they ended up paying half a grand. Then when he tried to do the same to us, we've shut him down pretty quick, and he definitely got irritated with it. We felt like we were buying a used car at a shady car lot. If I could give this store zero stars I would. I had gone into this store to get assistance with a new phone that I had received last night, and had activated as my old phone was not working any longer. Once I thought I had activated it, I realized that it was not working, and decided I needed to go into a store to see if I could get assistance with trouble shooting. Instead of helping me, the employee told me that if he were to call customer service, it would be a $30 charge. Why? Why can't you just help me with my phone and help troubleshoot the reason it is not working? Why do you have to have the most snarky response of, "well if it was activated, it would be working", and when I expressed my frustration, he looked over at the FedEx guy who had just walked in and said, "can you believe this guy?" How are you still an employee there? Why do you NOT care to keep customers? I have NEVER been so angry with someone who is supposed to be in customer service than I was with this dude! Do better Verizon, get better people, actually have someone there who knows what the heck they are doing. I have been a Verizon customer for a long time, but this, this makes me want to go back to AT&T, because even with their crap customer service, they still have better customer service. Writing this review because I cannot get this store to return my calls after over 3 weeks of attempting to get in touch and deliver on the agreement I was told. I had to make an emergency stop at this store because my phone was failing while traveling. I was given an upgrade with promise that my bill would only go up by less than $10 and that I should drop off my old phone 'at any verizon store in the US' in the next 30 days and would be set. None of this ended up being true. I have visited 5 Verizon stores in NY and none will accept the old phone back and Verizon says they have no record of the old phone being upgraded. Additionally Im set to be charged $35+ per month now on my bill. Basically everything I was told by the store manager who was very sweet and kind but was just clearly ill-informed. He gave me his cell phone number but unfortunately that was erased during the upgrade to the other phone. Ive called the store and customer service everyday since and cannot get a return call to settle this problem. 14 years as a Verizon Customer and this has been the most epic journey of frustration. read more

They would not allow me to pick up without jumping through sales oriented hoops, accused me of being hostile when I pushed back, I ended up walking out. Ben at burien Verizon was my savior! I bought a new iPhone at verizon online and arrange to pick up at a corporate store at south center square. I checked the hours online, which said open until 7pm. Walked in at 6 and was ushered out the door, as they claimed to close at 6. Explained that I had prepaid for my phone and was just picking up. Was rushed out with my phone and an info sheet on how to transfer info from old to new. Stopped at the burien store on way home for a screen protector and assistance transferring info. Ben was happy to help! He was friendly while helping several customers at the same time with efficiently and expertise. Thanks Ben! read more

I was serviced by taylor, she was very friendly. She was quick with set up. Got me connected and back out the door. And I am not even from wa but my phone was damaged and needed to be replaced.
