I googled phone screen replacements and I can get my own new screen for around 45 dollars. I can get my own tool set for replacing screens for anywhere from 10-30 bucks, I can just watch a 7 minute video and do it myself!!!! Or I can take it to UBREAKITIFIXIT and have it fixed in a couple hours. Sure it cost a penny (over 10000 pennies) but it got fixed, they were nice, they give a 10% military discount and I have a fixed non finger damaging phone. It does feel like each text is a bit more effort, not sure If I need to adjust something or what. Oh yaa, and you can go online and make your apt, and get a pretty accurate estimate relatively painlessly.

He told me to call customer service & ask. Once I went to call he told me to leave the store to call them, although we were in the middle of trying to do a upgrade for a phone. I told him I wasn't comfortable with going forward with a new purchase until I figured out why these extra charges were on the account. By me basically not willing to give him my card information it was like he was totally over helping me. He was rolling his eyes the entire time his demeanor was like he wasn't even trying to help me understand what the chargers were for. Prior, before trying to place the order for the upgrade I asked him if he could call a few stores in the surrounding area to see if they had one of the phones in stock. He said I was being demanding but as a customer if I'm willing to drive to a different location that may have the phone I need I don't think that was a demanding or a difficult request.. as that should be his job. He was also talking badly about other customers in the store in front of me which was very inappropriate & especially as a manager. Also to tell a customer to leave the store to make a call to customer service after a Employee is telling me to call I think that just sounds absolutely outrageous. His words were if I call while he sits there he's hourly and makes him look " unproductive" .... I'm sorry I am mind blown at this manager.
