Store is a complete joke . 70 % of the shelves and tables have no product , wife had updated / traded in phone .. paid the taxes / 36 months was told bill would increase 11-13 dollars a month got my first bill increase of 78$ !!added fees , customer service zero help ! Took almost 2 weeks to get phone ( after being told will be in in 2 days ) would try and call to check status was told" did you get an email ? Or a call?" No , Then nothing here followed up by a click .. finally just went in , " yeah it's here , no sorry no nothing .. looked at the date on box , delivered 2 days after ordered ! So would have sat in the safe for who knows how long . No management , false promises , unethical sales practices ! Upgrade fees ? Hidden fees ? Nothing is conveyed to the customer, all hidden to hit their marks ... stay away , been a customer since early 90's with all the iterations leading up to AT&T ...

The guys & owner treated us well & gave me and my son a great deal on upgrading our fam's T-Mob 3 iphone 4S to 3 iphone 5S'es at a great price. They even gave us a great break on a trade in for our 3 4s iphones even tho 1 had a cracked screen and made the deal work at the price point that WE (me & my son) had in mind for all 3 phones with our expected trade-in/trade-up. I had called 5 other Boston based iPhone independent shops around town and even visited one in Brighton. NONE came close to the discounted price on all 3 iPhone 5S that i received from these guys. We even had a great time talking to them and they serviced all our iPhones while there. Great experience. They said, if any probs just come back with what you bought. We went over to the T-Mobile corporate store at Legacy Place in Dedham, got 3 new sims made and all the iphones powered up. These looked and acted like new with great batt life, like new batts!. Couldnt be more pleased how today turned with our 3 iPhones tradeup experience. So far so good. Take the drive to Sharon, easy to get to and dont be afraid of the barking dogs, they're friendly AFTER they get to know you a tad.. ha!

NEVER more so than yesterday when I brought in my wife's phone which has had a long standing issue (5 years-ish) - something 2 previous visits to other stores didn't resolve . A tech named Connor at this Cobb Corner store took it as a personal challenge to find the solution. After 15-20 minutes and multiple attempts, we were about to give up and he said "let me try one more thing"and Shazam and it finally works the way it suppose to!!! I never write reviews, but I have never had such a frustrating retail experience in my entire life…read more My family and I spent over 24 hours trying to get 4 upgrades during which 3 of the 4 phones were disconnected at the wrong times and it took over 3 hours each to get them reconnected with online support. Each trip to the store was at least 1.5 hours and ended with "our system went down", "I don't have the code for that", the "manager is out of town", "30 days were up on the 29th day", etc. There were always multiple customers in the store frustrated and waiting for their supposed appointment time or told to come and no appointment was needed and then just had to wait. I had no idea that this Verizon was not "corporate" and therefore had limited abilities and we could not go to other stores for help when things were not working out, the only option was online/phone support. I suggest you avoid this location unless you have many hours to spare and are a master of patience.
