We called before we drove out to this cleburne store. Marc our salesperson was actually the person I spoke to when I called earlier. My husband needed an upgrade I wanted to check to make sure they had phones in stock. When we walked in Marc was our salesperson. He was very polite and professional. He showed us the options and explained the difference between different IPhones. We upgraded to the iPhone 15 pro max and purchased all the needed accessories. Marc was great the entire time. Our asurion rep was there and help transfer everything over to the new phone. Great experience with the new management. Highly recommend coming in to see them. read more

The guy was rude. He said he accidentally cancelled the order and then I waited for 30 minutes as he did something on his iPad. Then he came back to me saying he couldn't accept my id. Which was really annoying because the first thing I told him was that I recently had my wallet stolen but I had a picture of my id on my phone I was trading in. And I also had the card I made the online purchase with. It makes no sense that I can have it delivered to my house but I can't pick it up. Either way I know the guy messed up my order and lied and put it on the fact I didn't have my id. Then cancelled my order saying it was a glitch at first. I must say I'm pretty pissed with At&t at this point . I went I. To get new phones for my husband and I and the girl I was dealing with said oh and your paying 165.00 a month and we have new plan and it will only cost you 125.00pm then she said we would only have to pay 61.87 ea for our new phones , I'm like ok not a problem . But then the more questions I asked I find out they don't have 2 yr plans anymore and each month we would be paying the 125.00 PLUS another 124.00 on top of that for phones plus taxes which would end up being around 240.00 something a month .BS!! Then o said I was grandfathered in on text talk and data unlimited for this person to tell me no your not we did away with that plan . Really ??? I walked out with no phones went home called At&t cs to be told no you are grandfathered in that won't go away unless you change plans . Really ?? I told the lady what had happened and she was uncaring to the situation . 19 months ago, I walked into this store and got scammed. I was switching from another service so when I found this out I was super upset. They added more lines than we use onto the account. It has taken me a very long time trying to get these lines off but was consistently told that there was nothing they could do (even after calling customer service and talking to people in a different country). I finally went back in to the store (after going to the Burleson store and them telling me to give this a shot) and talked to Cameron (the new store manager) and he seriously made everything right again! He apologized and sat down with me until my account showed the three lines we actually use. We were considering cancelling our accounts and getting a negative hit on our credit but now we can actually breathe and enjoy our services! Give this store another try. What an absolute scam and train wreck all in one, let's start off with Leslie N. This little con artist decided that she saw an older gentleman with with little knowledge of technology and took advantage of him. She not only messed up the setting up of his phone, she refused to take it back or fix it. Then Leslie N. Lied to him about his plan and also Signed him up for A-line that he did not want and is now charging him for it. With all the extras she added on that he did not know about it will cost him over $3200 in the next 3 years.Then after all was said and done and she could not fix his phone, then this little peach told him to go to Walmart and buy another phone because she couldn't fix the one she messed up and would not take it back. So after going to other AT&T stores to get help we found out how much damage she actually did so we went back to correct it today. That's when we met the Little stoner smart mouth named Cameron Y. . From the go he acted smarter than anybody else in the room, The funny part was he was wearing a mask tucked under his chin while wiping his faced the whole time and touching the equipment and our phone,, real sanitary their guy. Why wear a mask when you're gonna just tuck it under your chin and still wipe your face and touch everybody's phones. Cameron Y. refused to do return and fix the billing because there's no manager in the store till Wednesday,(his words) The whole time communicating with him he was just a smart mouth and sarcastic. He would not make eye contact, I'm not sure if that's because he was to stoned out of his brains, Or just that arrogant where he thinks hes better than everybody else. The icing on the cake was when I was asking him why he cannot do a return and why can't we make an appointment to see a manager when he returns this delightful petri dish of sarcasm, weed and bacteria just turns and walks into the back room and does not return. What kind of representative just today blows off a customer. I would have asked the other girl that was up there but as soon as we started asking for return she took a personal phone call and never came back out of the backroom. Come to find out this is a 3rd party AT&T store. And with 3rd rate employees. The employees here will do everything they can to scam you for there commission and if there is a problem you're on your own. And they definitely like to take advantage of the older generation, Then when confronted the cowardly people there run and hide in the back room and won't come out till you leave. read more

The workers always act busy when in fact they're always in the back room. Even when there is nobody else waiting, expect to wait at least 5 minutes. My spouse went in to UPGRADE his iPhone 8 Plus for the new 12, and the guy added a line to our phone plan without our knowledge and now two days later we are still dealing with issues on our phone account. He added things to our phones that we did not agree too nor know they added anything to our phone accounts. AT&T customer services has been more helpful over the phone than these nitwits in the store have been. Thanks for nothing cleburne AT&T. Had two excellent experiences this week with Juana. On both occasions she was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and extremely helpful. She was able to help us decide on a great phone for my father and also helped us feel informed about the changes to his plan that we decided to make. These days sometimes it seems like customer service is a thing of the past. I'm glad to know that at this AT&T site they have people like Juana who genuinely care about making sure customers have their needs met, are thoroughly informed about the decisions they are making, and can walk away from a transaction feeling good about the experience rather than wonder if they've made the wrong choice. This is the second time i bought a phone there, paid for the phone then get charged for a phone i paid for on my bill then have to fight with the no English speaking idiots at billing that will not help or get me to someone that can help.
