I didn't get the workers name so that's unfortunate, but she didn't know much and kept going to another associate to answer any question I asked her, which was annoying but it's fine. She gave me four options 1. Pay off the balance of the phone which was about 600 dollars. No thanks 2. Add another phone line and pay for just for both phones but only have one line, does that make sense? Ya, didn't to me either 3. Go to a phone repair shop and have them fix it (excuse me. what? ) 4. Shop around carriers since Verizon wasn't willing to help per this store. I went to T-Mobile since I was in tears not being helped . I have 2 small babies. I need a phone for mostly safety reasons . T mobile said if your phone is less than a year old (which I repeated to Verizon store over and over again) you can go to the apple, and they'll replace your phone since it's within the year apple warranty and he wasn't sure why Verizon didn't tell me that since it's what they tell there customers. I went to apple, and they replaced my phone in under 30 mins. In conclusion of this I really want to switch plans completely out of Verizon because they seriously didn't care to help or listen. "First thought okay they are tooo relaxed" Skylar was the representative who helped me upgrade my phone. She didn't try to sale me everything in the store. She asked me what i wanted and I shared my needs and we talked about the different options. I appreciate that, cause I'm already ready to make a purchase I don't need the added stress. As I was sitting there for my upgrade I seen how they moved and assisted others as they came in for service, it's the end of the month and they're all looking at the computers to ensure each employee meets their monthly goal. This changed my first impression a little, I have no complaints on the service I received from Skylar, she asked me if it was okay if she helped the next client while my phone was doing its transfer process. I know she needed to do it anyway cause there was nothing else she could do for my phone...it's just the courtesy given. I just feel that when your customer enters the store no matter what you're doing, at least one of the representatives should acknowledge that they entered and give a time of service. ie: "Good morning. Someone will be with you shortly." So if you're in this area give Skylar a chance help her reach her monthly goals

Now that I have a phone bill to rival a car payment I feel I have the right to complain that the ATT service in the burleson area is terrible for the price we pay. Spotty service at best. Can't have a phone call without it dropping calls or cutting out. And texting is just as bad. It definitely could be a user error. But the great staff at the store was not able to help. The brand new phones are deemed fine but didn't help. I am not happy with the quality of cell service I get in this area for the money I spend. Please do not fault the store for ATT service down fall they have just conveniently removed the "ATT" option from yelp and made it store specific unlike several competitors that I can rate their company alone. Forced to use this company by Assurant for a screen repair. Drove a long way due to Assurant has no…read moreother service providers nearby. We live in the mid cities and had to drive to Burleson TX. Screen repaired and now the phone doesn't worked where it worked before. Cannot hear anyone speaking. So the audio was damaged during their repair. Now I have to bring it back there so they can maybe fix what they b broke or it just goes down hill from there. Assurant offers nothing else. Just keep taking it back. I'm canceling the phone service and insurance as I will not deal with Assurant again. They do not provide adequate service options for what you pay.

The service seemed okay and we got the computer back a week or so later. She picked the laptop up on a Saturday and used it on Monday at school. She said it didn't seem like it was working properly but the screen was on so she was at least able to do her work. The following day when she arrived at school, the screen would not work. She tried to turn it on and heard the boot sounds but no display. It took us two weeks to make time to bring it back for them to fix and when arriving, the representative just tried to say she must have dropped it again. She literally only used it for 1 day and instead of honoring their work, he was trying to tell me that we would have to replace it again. I was very angry with them and took the laptop and left.
