Everyone at this store is extremely rude and incompetent. Very dismissive and disrespectful when asking questions.

Matthew helped fix a cluster of porting/unporting/re-porting me back from a company that rhymes with T-Mobile. I spent about 4 hours on the phone with various help desks getting passed around, hung up on and no solutions. I walked in, explained the situation to Matthew, and walked out fixed in 25 minutes. I would give them a zero if there was a way. They lied to me, promised to fix a billing issue and did absolutely nothing. As a result, I am paying 2.5 times more than I should be for the next three years! They said they would honor the price that I got from ATT online if I bought from them. When I got my bill, it was much more than the online offer. I have been there several times to get the amount corrected and they keep telling me they are going to get back to me, but they never do. So, I'm stuck because I tried to help our neighborhood location. Horrible service! Buyer beware! They will tell you anything to make a sale. This is why people buy online now. I really feel pathetic for writing a review on an AT&T store, let alone a crappy one. But my experience has still irked me nearly a week later, so if I can save someone some time by visiting a location with people who will actually help, why not. I live practically next door to this location, and I will forever go out of my way to avoid at all costs moving forward. Simply put, the staff are horrible. Incredibly slow to help, and once they do, are SO EASILY DISTRACTED. Distracted by their side conversations (unprofessional, I don't need to hear about your various meetings and parties), distracted by people walking in, distracted by various dings and alerts that their phones are receiving. At least a few times while being "helped", the AT&T employee would sporadically check their phone for no reason. She seemed to have no idea what she was doing and was absolutely shameless about it, asking her other employee constantly what next step was. I could really keep going, but I don't want to drag it along... If you're stressing out over phone issues and need quick help, just go somewhere else. read more

Went in to have a new phone that I just bought that was shipped to my house set up an exchange the old one first of all the store stunk from marijuana and I mean bad the person who didn't help me so it must've been the person before you store was .empty nobody was in there person refused to help me told me to go by the golf get it done where you bought the phone and walked away what a joke read more

This review is regarding AT&T Wireless in general not one store. Had terrible time with them regarding cruise over usage of data....while they never gave me correct package in eight days they somehow were correct when it came to usage. I have tried repeatedly to correct this problem to no avail. Can't wait until I can change carriers. This is the worst store I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. The manager Brandon won't make a decision and do the right thing. We bought a screen protector for $30 and in a day it falls off and super hard to press to function. Saying we must have dropped the phone or left it in the car, not the case. Piece of shit. Don't come here. Other attorney store said they won't even sell this crap protector cause it's no good. read more

I have gone to this store to do an upgrade from an android to an iPhone. Was hoping I would love the iPhone however that was not the case. I went back to exchange from the 7plid to the 7 thinking the smaller screen would make me happier. Again that wasn't the case however the iPhone 7 was acting up and dropping calls several times a day and not connecting to internet. I called to let them know I would be coming in to sign paper work that they had failed to give me., which I had stopped in 4 times over Christmas holiday, and told them I did not want to stay with the iPhone. The manager , for now I will withhold his name, said 3 times on the phone if there is even the smallest scratch or anything on the device they would not take it back. I insisted it has a screen protector and a case on it that it was in mint condition and asked why was he repeating himself. I called customer loyalty and told them I felt very uncomfortable going back to this store. We had an arrangement for them to stay on the phone with me however that did not work so well. I was in the store for nearly an hour before the employees passed my phone back and forth looking for any damage possible. They took my case off continued to look and then I mentioned my screen protector could I use it for the next phone and they took that off also. While still passing my phone around. They said I was spending more money on taxes and restocking fees that I should just keep the phone. I said it had been dropping calls daily and overall I am not happy. The the unthinkable happened. The manager says there's a scratch on my phone and proceeds to show me it. I am in shock and at the time all I could think is when I purchased the case and protector maybe they scratched it. They laughed at me. The experience went from bad to horrific. They called who they refer to as Charlie's angel. The person whom no one gets to speak to or know about. That person supposedly returned with a reply That they would not take the phone back. I asked to speak to them and they said no one gets to. I asked for there name and they denied giving it to me. I continued and they told me BRIAN SOSO WAS the REGIONAL MANAGER but would not give me his number. I said I would figure it out and I will not keep this phone and it is acting up and they laughed at me and said happy new yr. I then went to apple which is 45 min from where I live and come to find out my phone was defected , I was right. The Bluetooth was broken . I called back to the att store and asked them if they were willing to work with me and I could warranty out the phone and bring them the new one and they said the serial numbers wouldn't match. I told them they were leaving me No choice but to call the police and file a claim against them. THey clearly scratched my phone and regardless of that it was a defected device and I am within my 14 day buyers remorse. They still said no and goodbye. I cannot find anyone by the name they gave me and I never signed the next contract in paper so by law I am not liable For this phone yet and still I am trying to give it back to the store and do the right thing. They will not work with me in any way . I have never been so humiliated and insulted in my life. I will continue to post and reach out to whoever until this is resolved and in the meantime I will Cancel my att service. The Absolute Best Customer Service!!!! Recently I needed to set up my new IPhone 6S(which I love btw). My first contact at this At&t store was with Isaac. I needed info on my account and a multiple of questions answered. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I left feeling I was "listened to" and my questions were answered. I felt assured I wanted to come back to this location for my account. I did come back to set up my new phone. I was then assisted by a gentleman (and I don't use the word gentleman lightly these days) whose name is Sean. He had the patience of a saint as I continued to forget my passwords and input them in incorrectly. He also was knowledgeable, polite and did I mention Patient? In addition it was close to the end of the work day which is even more impressive because by Sean's demeanor you would never know( Isaac as well) He was pleasant and humorous and never stopped smiling! I could go on because I've been around quite a few years and this is the best Customer Service I've ever experienced. I should know because I'm in Customer Service myself.
