I began the search for home theater installation companies. I called four companies--one of which was a store chain and three others who are independent. Living On Technology (LOT) was a referral by one company I thought was a home theater company but was actually a distributer of home theater products to actual home theater companies, not consumers. That owner gave me Luis's name and number and told me that, in his opinion, no one knew more about home theater products than Luis. Our house could be considered more complex than the average home. The front main part is a pitched roof from 1955, the center part of the house is from 1970's and it is a flat roof, which extends to the back part of the house which is again a pitched roof. The area I wanted the home theater in is the flat roof section of the house. Upon meeting Luis, it became clear home theater is his passion. He came to our house without delay after I contacted him. He was personable, knowledgeable, and was able to tailor a system that would work for OUR house, was never pushy just to close the sale. I received visits and quotes from the other competitors, but honestly, no one could touch the level of knowledge and experience Luis brings to the table. Each home is unique. The flat roof in our house would not be easy to work with. On top of that, as the customer, I actually didn't know exactly what I wanted--standing or shelf or in-wall or in-ceiling speakers. It took me a while to figure out what exactly would be best for our house in terms of maximizing sound and yet respecting the decor I had in that room and throughout the house. There is so much more to consider than price. Rest assured, no matter what the decor style or the size of your space, Luis can advise you on the absolute best configuration and give you a range of prices and options for any budget. Luis developed a fantastic in-ceiling design. He brought in his team, CJ and Dean, and together they worked through the complex (the details/photos Luis can provide you) structural issues of our flat roof. Truly, no job is too complex for LOT. We are thankful we were put in touch with LOT. We now have the phenomenal sound we wanted without sacrificing the style and theme of our house. Oftentimes, I use the speaker system to play music when I'm in the next room making dinner. Watching TV has become an amazing, satisfying experience! The new home theater system is easy to operate, and anyone who has come to our house to hear it is absolutely blown away by the sound. I have found a few for a good price but they just weren't right. I found audio advisors and saw they had a pair so I called. The first and last question I asked was about the condition. The person I spoke with said several times they are like new and even said they are "perfect". He said the person who owned them had several houses and barely used them. To me "like new" means they are just like a new product but were opened and used. And perfect obviously means perfect. To my surprise they did not include the manual like a new pair would and the bottoms of both speakers have several very large scratches all over. This is the most I've spent on speakers and I planned to have these the rest of my life so I would rather not have them than have a pair with damage. Like I said I searched for almost 2 years for the right pair and the pair audio advisors sold me were not as described. I asked several times and each time I was not told the trust. I called to express my disappointment and the same person I spoke with made it seem as if it was my fault. He said "well you did buy a used pair". Yes, I know they were used but I was told several times they looked new and were perfect. Then condescendingly told me "The scratches are on the bottom you won't see them." Okay well there is also a blemish on the front of both speakers. Regardless, thats not the point and he was just making it worse. I was very calm never rude just disappointed but he handled it poorly and never apologized never looked for a solution just made it seem as if it was my fault for buying used. Like I said I asked several times about condition so I don't see how this was my fault. He then said plug them in and listen to them they're great speakers. He never seemed to want to help and never addressed my concerns. I don't know if he even understood (or cared) what the issue was. Additionally, I waited almost 2 weeks for a shipping quote. Fine things take time I get it but the issue was I had to call back after a week and remind them I was waiting. Still nothing after several more days so I called back again and they had the information. I wish they called me to let me know but okay. Lastly, I wanted to mention a few days after the initial call I got a call from the person I spoke with thinking they had the quote but he called me by accident thinking I was someone else. Not a big deal at all but goes to show they are unorganized. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the entire transaction but mostly disappointed my almost 2 year search ended this way. There are plenty of other places out there that are honest and if there was an issue would handle it much more professionally.

The employee was friendly and explained a few item pricing. Plenty of binoculars, video game controllers in many styles and colors and of course drones. The mall has a similar electronics store on the opposite side of the mall. This store reminded me of Radio Shack that closed down years ago that was destroyed by Amazon.
