I would give them a zero if there was a way. They lied to me, promised to fix a billing issue and did absolutely nothing. As a result, I am paying 2.5 times more than I should be for the next three years! They said they would honor the price that I got from ATT online if I bought from them. When I got my bill, it was much more than the online offer. I have been there several times to get the amount corrected and they keep telling me they are going to get back to me, but they never do. So, I'm stuck because I tried to help our neighborhood location. Horrible service! Buyer beware! They will tell you anything to make a sale. This is why people buy online now. I despise AT&T! I had a flood in my house and was told by a representative at AT&T that it was considered a "natural disaster" and I would not be responsible for the billing during that timeframe. I was out of my house from March to June and had to relocate my wife, three kids, and a dog during a pandemic. I have spent multiple hours on the phone with representatives and supervisors and each time I end the conversation, I am told I am going to receive a credit. They even had me go to a local store, twice, to furnish proof of this situation. I have spent too much time on this and was just told today (late August) that I was never told I would be getting a credit. I am so disappointed and frustrated in/with AT&T and look forward to finding a service that cares about their customers and is true to their word. You should be ashamed of yourself AT&T. read more

I think by far this is the worst costumer service I have experienced in my life. The manager decided to eat lunch in the middle of my return of unwanted items. ATT has become a fraudulent company with incompetent staff who are openly rude to elderly customers. The manager and staff member referred to me as a"Karen"...with anti Caucasian overtone slurs. Literally the worst experience. I went in to upgrade my phone. I was told that for 575. I could pay it off and own it but it would cost 344. For an upgrade. . If i sell my phone for 400 , come back with 575 im out of pocket only 575 He clearly did not get the concept. He tells me that is not the best way and that the 344 is the best way. Which made me scratch my head. I basically asked him how that makes sense that 175 out of pocket is less than 344 and he tried to tell me again that the phone is 575 to keep it which i obviously understood. I wanted to know if i was missing something perhaps. His extremely nasty associate then came over and said you have to choices ill say it again. Was soooo nasty. I just wanted to know if there was something in the upgrade i didnt understand. I walked out very angry. Horrible, stupid and nasty people. Guy's name is Ryan Wimmer. Do yourself a favor and stay out of that store. Awful people By the way, Best Buy was wonderful and told me att just wants the phone back so they hard sell the upgrade. read more

I was mislead into getting the unlimited screen saver replacement deal. They told me when my screen saver broke to just come to the store and change it. When I went to the store to change it, the employee told me that they do not replace the screen at the store and that I have to actually register my phone and receipt on a website. I am so disappointed. This store is less than .5 miles from my house but I will not be going back there. read more

September 9th 2016: The experience started well with Omar, however every customer that are being attended to would like to feel important. This was not the case when it comes to customer service. In the middle of being set up as a new account, another female customer and her mother walks in the store and comes to the station where I was being attended to and puts her stuff down in my section as though to rush me. I expected the representative to tell this customer, just as they told me before when they were all busy, to please take a seat and that someone will be right with them. But noooo.. Omar immediately said that he is almost done and started rushing me in the process. Entering wrong email address and then saying here you go the port should be complete in a minute and really rushing me off the station. I was about to say something to him and the waiting females as I would like to get dedicated service just like any other customer. Do I have to dress a certain way for anyone to provide me fair and focus customer service??? I think NOT!!! When he said goodbye to me I made him understand that I will be sitting right here at the store since the port wasn't complete and I may need to assure that my internet and mms would work. He said ok! While he started patiently to attend the other customer and her mother, I logged into my new account and some information are incorrect. I go back to him to notify him.. And guess what he said: "oh I see, ok I will correct it afterwards because I'm in her account (the other female's account) right now and I would have to get out to access yours!! I was shocked!! I was about to say something such as you didn't mind rushing me while she was telling you that her phone cracked again.... But you know what!? I wondered why I was led into an "authorize retailer of AT&T" instead of their "corporate store". Corporate real AT&T stores have higher standards from my personal recollection. I had to interrupt another representative that was assisting a customer with settings on her phone after service to kindly ask him if he wouldn't mind update my information so that I may have everything correct for online access and billing. Would I recommend this place to anyone I know? NO. And I mean that. Corporate AT&T only from now on. I expect very high customer building relation wherever I am and wherever I go.
