Although we didn't actually use this company, we received excellent service from them. My husband had a problem with his phone and AT&T suggested we contact them for assistance. My husband called them and told them about his phone problem. Thinking it was the battery, they made sure to check to see if they had one in stock. They did, so we made the drive to Sunrise. After we got there, we were waited on pdq. After opening the phone, they realized that they didn't have the right part needed nor could they do the repair. They were very apologetic and even gave us names of other companies to try to see if these other places could help. Because the guy working behind the counter was so nice and so gracious ...I'd recommend contacting them should you have a cell phone problem. P. S. Awesome experience!!! My computer was down and I sought out an HP service center. This "You Break We Fix" location came up. Worried about my files stored on the hard drive, I was apprehensive about coming here. But I didn't see any other option and needed to get my computer back online ASAP. When I called, they told me I would need to drop the computer off and it would take 2 days just to do a diagnostic! (Although the diagnostic was complimentary.) When I arrived, there was a line of people picking up their items and also bringing them in. I told the representative I was dropping my computer off to have a diagnostic done. As he was setting up the repair slip, another representative, Alex F., also at the desk, was helping another customer. He asked if he could have a look at the computer real quick after he finished with the customer and if I wouldn't mind waiting. I said sure. In a nutshell, he proceeded to check my computer in between customers, diagnose the problem and actually solve it there on the spot! It did take awhile as he had several customers. But I was patient and elated that he even offered & gave it immediate attention! I was so happy that it was fixed and didn't lose any of my files. As I got ready to pay, (and even had a coupon through Yelp for a 15% discount on the first visit), he said I didn't owe anything because it didn't require parts. But I said surely there was a charge for the labor. But he said no. Of course I tipped him well and was shocked at his impeccable service! This was the epitome of great service! These days, this kind of customer service is extremely rare, I'm sure we can all agree! U Break We Fix, Alex F. Is an asset to your company! I had been having a bad couple of weeks following a car accident and of course my computer crashing. Alex F. made that dark cloud go away. These guys were great. They could not fix my computer, but they tried and they were honest. And because they could not fix it, they did not charge me for their time. I was happy to pay for what they did, but they wouldn't let me. That's very unusual in my experience. The people I dealt with were all nice and very knowledgeable about modern technology, which is helpful for me because I'm not. I'm great with software but I don't know a thing about the hardware. I can tell time, but I can't build a clock. I need someone with those skills when my computer goes kaput. Or in this case, gets a shower because I left a window open and the sprinklers came on. Why are the sprinklers aimed at my window? Anyway, they put it in a dehumidifier for two days and it didn't help. It dried it out but it still wouldn't power up. They were able to get into the hard drive and let me know that my data was safe, so I bought a new computer and transferred the data from the old drive to the new and I'm up and running again. I saw on their website that they also will dispose of used equipment for you, so I'm going to bring them the old computer and let them take care of it. I'm really quite impressed with their service. If this computer or the cell phone goes out, I'll be bringing them here. read more

Absolutely rude! Poor customer service! I walked in and greeted the representative with hello. Let them know my 9th Gen iPad screen was cracked, but the device is fully functioning. She proceeded to stare at me and eventually asked what did I want, "to know the price or have it fixed". Why wouldn't you inform the customer of the price before OFFERING to FIX it. Or communicate effectively in the place of BUSINESS/SERVICE? Zero stars; I'll be going to the iFix location on Oakland Park for better service and price. read more

After a single 3-foot drop destroyed my new, not covered by Apple Care iPad, I removed the slivers of glass from my fingers and left my iPad in the care of Alex. I had a older Mac book pro with a blacked out screen- spilled liquid on it-that I dropped off on a Weds and was told should have a response by Friday. I followed up with a call to them on the following Monday-they claim they tried to call me on Friday but left no message and I did not have a miss call- no big deal, wasn't in a rush. Turns out after them trying to dry it out first and testing it, the screen needed to be replaced. Part took a week to come in and when it was ready, it was then that I was informed that the part was not new, which I kind of figured given the age of laptop, but that should have been made clear when asking for authorization to continue with repair. Again, for me these were two minor issues, but overall I was pleased and satisfied with the work, which is guaranteed as well and would definitely recommend them!! read more

We have had multiple repairs done at this location ranging from batteries to screen repair. Each visit has been a pleasant experience. Each associate has been helpful and professional. All of our devices have been repaired without any problems afterwards. I count 4 iPhone battery replacements and 4 screen repairs to date. One of those screen repairs was because I was informed that the "ghost" using the phone could be a faulty display. They were 100% correct! I came here to fix my iphone x screen that was cheaply replaced at a local store twice. The LED screen they used caused so many problems and ended up with my screen not being able to turn on. When I came to uBreakiFix without an appointment, I was immediately helped by Josh and he explained why this happened and gave me two screen choices to replace it. The OEM screen cost around $350, while the aftermarket screen was around $150. He explained that there was almost no difference between the two and he would recommend the aftermarket screen. I left my phone there and it was ready within 2 hours. I'm very happy with it and the whole process was quick and easy. They also have a 90 day warranty, so if there are any problems, they can be fixed free of charge. I highly recommend this location. If you're deciding between this and getting a cheap fix somewhere else, I would go here for the great service and to avoid any future problems. read more

Absolutely horrible service. I dropped my laptop there to be repaired 10 days ago. It has not been repaired. A hard drive was ordered and was to arrive Monday. I was told it would take 45 minutes to install. Monday I was told there wasn't a tech to fix the computer. I heard nothing from the on Tuesday. Today, Wednesday I tried calling them, ALL DAY. No one answered the phone. I drove over there and was told my computer had been fixed yet. This young man tells me he will start the repair right away and it should take about 4 hours. Previously I was told the repair would take 45 minutes. I asked why the difference and was told that he is not a computer tech but a cell phone tech. So a non-computer tech is going to work on my laptop. I took my computer and left. I'll find someone who is competent and professional. Very, very disappointed with this company. read more

The first location I went in Plantation by University awful. They look at my device and said they could not fix it bc it was not fixable. He looked at it for 2.6 sec and determined that. I got in my car and drove to the one on 136 by Ikea. And the guy took it from my hands and in less than 5 seconds said . There is a piece of broken charger inside . To give him an hour, it ended up being a day bc he needed special equipment but in the end he fixed it, unlike the other guy who didn't even care to work on it. Kudos to the Ikea location! read more

I first like to add the customer service here is great! The employees are very nice but as far as repairs.....thats another story. I originally brought in my tablet Nov. 26 to replace a broken screen. I should have went to apple, I paid close to $300 to repair my screen. ($262 + 25 asurion homeplus) Since my screen is white it was a special order and would have to wait....understood. I came back Dec 2 to pick up. I was so pleased at the fact the screen was new and didn't check anything else. At that time i signed up for Asurion Home Plus to repair any future breaks or repairs. When I returned home I realized my touch id wasn't working and the button was stiff. I returned the next day Dec. 3 and John helped me, he agreed that the button felt stiff and it must be a faulty screen. I felt somewhat relieved that someone knew what I was talking about, he took the tablet and told me he would order a new screen. Days later I hadn't heard from them and called to find out what was the status... apparently the screen they ordered was also faulty and I had to wait for yet another screen.....finally dec. 11 I get a call stating I can come and pick up my tablet. When I went in to pick up....yes the touch id was working but the button was still stiff. THEY felt like that was ok. Before I left, I called Asurion to see what are my options or to cancel my service and go straight to apple (which i still regret not going to), asurion suggested i bring it to a different Ubreak Ifix. While on the phone with asurion I went in to get my tablet, they told me to hold on while they put my broken screen back on, as if I didn't already pay to get the screen fixed! Now the issue is the button that they messed up......on the phone with corporate now. I will never go into this location again. I have used Ubreak Ifix several times for my phones and never had an issue. This is my first time bringing in my tablet, which I only a used few months before they destroyed it. The end result, the screen they put on is not compatible with this device and all APPLE REPAIRS are sensitive and should go to APPLE. They had to put my broken screen back, give me a refund and take to Apple to get fixed....which I also discovered is less to repair than what it would have cost me at Ubreak I fix.....so yessss I should have went to Apple in the beginning. Cathy at Coperate office was the best at getting my issue resolved, but never again would I take any of my Apple devices here to get fixed. Although this store is closest to my home, I rather take my other devices elsewhere. read more
