We went in the store at about 9 am and had one of the worst experiences with a particular employee who was preaching that the problem was out of his control, yet when we walked to his coworker, it was a whole different experience. When we asked what the problem was it was always ''its on Apples end'' or ''This is not an AT&T problem'' Yet his coworker had no problem diagnosing the problem and solving it. He fixed all our problems and was very thorough in explaining what the problem may have been. The first employee we talked to was very rude and unhelpful. He isnt fit for the job at all. read more

best phone buying experience EVER! I hate getting a new phone because I always leaves confused about my bill and the feeling of being overcharged. Not with Eric working there. He started us off by analyzing what we ACTUALLY need versus what we had. He took his time with my almost 80 year old mom and was super patient. Horrible customer service! Direct tv is horrible!!! Waited all day spoke to 9 different people to figure out why the installation people never came was promised so many times they were 30 then 20 then 30 minutes away. What a wasted day! Service none existent in this store. Upon entering, manager signed me in as there was no greeter....told I would be next in line and should take only a few minutes. Three representatives waiting in customers.... After 30 minutes, one representative finished with her customer and left for break. The other two customers continued to work with their customers .. twenty minutes later the second rep finished with his customer, chatted with the manager for 10 minutes, then went home.... the manager said someone would be coming back soon... after 15 minutes more without being waited on, I left the store. Unlimited Home Internet that is anything but that... Folks, watch out for this sleezy bunch of sales weasels. I was talked into what I thought would be unlimited home internet via a hotspot router thing. It was going to be about $75 a month after taxes I was told by the rep and his manager. It would be totally unlimited and I could use it for streaming video and my kids could game with it. Boy was this a lie and a half. Not only was this product not truly unlimited but when I called into customer care to see why the speed dropped to almost a dead turtle, I was told that I had a business plan. Now, I don't own any business and they were asking for some fan pincode or password that I never set up either. I was finally able to get by the password after several other verification tactics and I found out they had made us a new business account using my social security number and this is how they got me into a "home internet" plan. But the customer care person said that I was being slowed down and possibly cancelled because I was using this device for streaming video. I said that the rep said it was okay and that they do this all the time. The customer care lady said that the store was doing this wrong and that this was not AT&T policy. They told me to return the device and that they would clear my bill for the inconvenience but that they couldn't do anything until the store took the device back. Well, the stores want to charge a restocking fee for the device which I shouldn't have to pay since they lied to me. Also, I found out from others in the area that this store does this a lot and usually the sales person will tell them to not call customer care as it isn't a plan available unless they go into this store. That is a lie too. I am going up the chain to their regional manager with this complaint because I have a feeling that they don't know what is happening in this location. I don't know if this is the sales person pushing this stuff or if this is from the store manager because the store manager signed off on it while we were in the store and then went to the back. either way, this was unacceptable. You can't just use someone's information to make fake business accounts, that is fraud!!! I really hope someone sees this and has a talk about this with this store because I will never use them for anything again and in fact, I may look into going to another carrier that hopefully won't try to make fraud accounts with my information. I know this is a lengthy complaint, but I feel this type of stuff is seriously wrong and I think others should hear about things like this. I hope there isn't some copy/paste response but instead a real conversation about why this is wrong and maybe a change from this store so this doesn't happen to others in the future read more

This has to be one of the worst AT&T stores I have ever been to. Might be the reason I dont ever see people in there. Always takes long to get anything done. Bought a phone, took it home DID not activate or anything. Returned it a couple of hours later due to having to finish up some stuff at home. Got charged a $45 restocking fee, that headquarters AT&T told me was a wrong thing to do. If I have any other business with AT&T I will go to Fort Walton Beach area. read more

On 12/24 I purchased a set of AirPods from Crestview AT&T. My husband and I later found out that we were double charged for the item ($169.34) and reached out to a Corporate representative via their online chat on 12/25. The representative advised that since the purchase was made in store, a refund for the extra charge was not something they could do and he then scheduled an in-store appointment for 12/26 at 10A.M. I followed up with the in store appointment on 12/26, and the employees at that location told me that they did not see a double charge in their system, that it was only a "hold", that they could not refund the charge, and we needed to speak to Corporate again to "Accounts Payable." At this point, however, the bank had already verified that it was a double charge (both transactions were completed on 12/24) and asked me to go back into the store to speak with them again to argue our case. When I go back in there the second time, my husband (who is on the phone w/ me) started speaking with the Assistant Manager Gee Linton, who says the following, "... we are not able to refund the transaction because we only show one and we can't give you a free set of AirPods...." The implication that we were trying to get free stuff was bad, but when my husband said that the solution he offered was not satisfactory and to give the phone back to me (his wife), the manager hung up on him. So, after being a loyal customer ever since they used to be called CINGULAR, we get called liars, implied that we are cheats, and escorted out without any kind of resolution or having SOMEONE from upper management reach out to ME. I have already disputed the charges via our bank, escalated the situation via AT&T and am currently still waiting for a solution and MY MONEY BACK!!! read more

I am new to town and went in to get Directv setup. As soon as I walked through the door the staff greeted me and the manager asked how he could be of service. He then directed me to a representative that was super helpful and was very passionate about helping me out. The staff, the customer service, and the proficiency at doing their job definitely deserved 5 stars! Highly recommend! read more
