I never broke a screen on any phone until 2021...and it wasn't cracked. I had the iPhone 11 Pro Max. The thing was a monster. I always keep it in a case with a screen protector, but coming out of my SUV in the dark going to a work out at The Bluffs, the phone slipped out of my purse and fell on a corner from pretty high up. I noticed a green line. I thought I was screwed because I'm temporarily living in Pensacola, FL renovating homes and there is no Apple store here! So, I checked Yelp and found this place. Called about fixing my screen in my iPhone 8 Plus, they were nice and told me they charge a flat rate of $89 and change before tax (which is the cheapest in town) they told me they try to fix all repairs the same day as long as you get there before 6pm (they close at 7) so I brought my phone in and they told me to give them about 45 mins. I went to get something from the store and came back and it was done! Right on time. Screen looked beautiful! Like new! They also have a great selection of cases. Pretty competitively priced too! Went in for a screen replacement, after replacing my screen, the display sucks and the LEDs are awful, charged far too much for the price of the parts they used. Constant flickering and sometimes just blackscreens. Best thing is, after "fixing" my screen, my FaceID doesn't even work. At all. After working on it more, they came out and said "Yeah the FaceID doesn't work anymore and we aren't gonna do anything about it Here you go" are you kidding me? Terrible service and incompetent repair staff. If I would have known i would have To still be dealing with this then I would've SAVED money AND time, and fixed it Myself. Don't hesitate... bring your phone here to be fixed! I watched a video on how to replace the charging port on my IPhone 6. Yikes! No way would I try to do that myself. When I walked in, he said "Sure, we can fix that within 45 minutes, but let me try something first." He used a tiny tool to clean the port. I probably wouldn't have even tried that for fear of bending something. After five minutes, he plugged my phone into his lightning cord, and bingo it was fixed at no charge. He made my day. I took my iPhone 7 to get the cracked screen from fixed. I called a couple places before this place and neither of those had any screens in stock. They both said they would have to order them and it would take a couple days. When I called this place they had some in stock and fixed it the same day. They were really friendly and answered all of my questions, not to mention they were $30 cheaper than the other places I called. When I came to pick my phone up something was wrong with the replacement screen my phone needed and they didn't have anymore white screens on hand. They put a black screen on it and I actually think it looks better. The owner offered me to come in and they would put a white screen on it whenever i wanted for no additional charge. Gave this place a call the night before I went in and the guy on the phone was real nice and understanding of my phone problem. Told me that to fix the charging port of my iPhone 6s it would cost around 59.99. Not too shabby considering buying a new phone would be 5x that. So I go the next day (traffic around their store is crazy btw, drive safely) and the guy takes my phone to the back, and in maybe 2 minutes brings it out and asks me to test it on one of the cords they have out in the small, but clean lobby. It was good as new! Charged like a charm and the guy was very nice (I don't think he was the same guy i talked to on the phone but he was just as cool). I asked him how they cleaned it and he said they don't use air-related products and just brush around it. I then went to pay and he said "hey man it didn't take that much you're all good." Got it cleaned for free. Great service, great phone courtesy, good location (besides the traffic going down 9th). Would definitely recommend. read more

Very honest, quick service and doesn't sell you what you don't need. I took my iPhone to a competitor when my phone wouldn't recharge. They told me I needed to replace the charging port for $65.00.
