Excellent customer service. Larry aka Manager, provided us with friendly and personalized service. We were sent here by another AT&T store, because they did not have the phone we wanted. The other store (Brentwood) called and had them hold the phone (only a three left) and we were told to ask for Larry when we arrived. When we entered, we were greeted by another associate and when we said, we were told to ask for Larry, he spoke up from helping another customer and told us to take a seat at a desk. When he finished with the other customer, he quickly came to our aid. We explained how we wanted to do an exchange within the 14 days allowed. He understood and actually agreed with our decision and choice of new phone. He processed the exchange in a professional manner and his witty banter made us at ease and even gave us a few laughs. Listening to other reps working with their customers, they all impressed me with their style of selling and assisting the customer. This store is off the beaten path, so the store traffic wasn't that heavy. The store itself was clean and well organized, making it easy to shop. If you're in West County and need a AT&T store, I'd recommend this one. read more

The sales associate that greeted me was friendly and the store was clean. When we sat down for our appointment, the associate that helped us was unpleasant, and his appearance looked unprofessional. His hair was pulled back in a dirty ponytail, and he just looked really sloppy. I have zero problem with the fact that they couldn't offer us any deals, I understand that's outside of his control. The reason for the one star is that he was very unfriendly and looked annoyed at the fact that we were there. Very happy with AT&T in general and normally have amazing customer service experiences, the one associate just fell short. read more

We are reluctant to even mark one star. After the death of my mother, we stopped by the AT&T store to close her phone. Manager Brian A accused us of cutting out a strangers obituary and using a laminated copy to stop her service. He was dismissive, rude and as we were thrown out of the store, he displayed his middle finger. We were shocked at his unprofessionalism, lack of compassion and inability to provider even a minimal level of customer service. Surprisingly, the young man who attempted to help us stood in awe of his managers behavior. We will never go into that store again. read more

This was a really good store. We had done our last two upgrades there and purchased new phones and always received A+ service. Yesterday we went in to upgrade and purchase two tablets. The young man who "assisted" us ran our card to pay off each phone individually (which made no sense as both phones were on the same plan), changed our rate plan prior to completing the sale (again we never authorized this but to be fair we did get a better rate) Finally he promised us two tablets at no charge and when it came time to review suddenly those tablets "were not included in the special" but he could get us two several steps lower or we could pay 45 per month per pads for the nice ones originally quoted. Simply put a case of Bait and Switch. When we told him to forget the sale he seemed surprised but never offered anything yo make the offer right or speak with a supervisor. We left and spent 500 on phones and tablets at a box store instead and will not come back to this location and are considering changing phone carriers after 20+ years with ATT. Avoid these Unknowledgeable, con artist at all costs. read more

I walked in as a very upset customer was walking out. I pretty much walked out just as annoyed as he was upset. No one greeted me when I walked out, even though there were two people standing there as greeters. No biggie. I didn't want to interrupt their conversation about their weekend plans anyway. I went straight to what I was looking for - a new case and screen protector. Spent about 10 minutes comparing things, no one bothered to ask if I needed help or acknowledge my existence. Once I finished looking, and decided what I wanted, I walked up to the counter and stood waiting for someone to help me. Several of the workers looked at me, but no one acknowledged me. Finally, someone came up to the counter. When he looked at me and we made eye contact, I smiled. He put his pen down, and walked back to the middle of store, and just stood there. Annoyed, I put my stuff back, and walked out. Same two greeters were standing there talking, again without a word to me. This is NOT the AT&T service I have had over my 10 years with them, so I'm not saying this is a true reflection on AT&T, but I will definitely never go to this store again. I went to the AT&T store in Creve Coeur to get my new phone working correctly and Chad who is wonderful by the way sold me AT&T TV. The technician was to come on Friday 6/4/2020 Between 9 AM and 11 AM. The technician never showed and I am canceling my service obviously. However my bill has already been adjusted upward for TV service that don't have and no longer want, additionally I have a box that I no longer need. I've called the one 800-288-2020 number and no one's been able to help me. I don't feel like I should be making all of these phone calls. I would like the manager of the Creve Coeur store to take care of this call for me. I didn't create this problem and I don't feel like I should have to be bothered with this any further I would have someone to come to my home and pick up the box, adjust my bill and make this all go away. Chad has been helpful. None of this should reflect on him. Thanks Chad. He got my new phone working. read more

To be fair, some of the workers here know what they're talking about. There are some who seem to have just walked in off the street. The young lady I spoke with this morning couldn't find her ass with 2 hands and a GPS. Every reason in the world why my phone wasn't working, but no offer to discuss my problem. Seemed to want to get rid of me, though the store was empty. I left and went to the ATT store on Brentwood, where I spent 15 minutes actually getting help. read more

I usually have had pleasant experiences dealing with this location. Well not this time. First off I'm on a family plan, and the associate couldn't find me on the plan, even though I purchased an iPad a few months earlier without any problems. So I decided to get my own plan since it would be less of a hassle. Come to find out I wasn't a "registered user" and I'd have to call customer service and jump through hoops to be added back on to the family plan. Left with my phone and that part was over. The very next day I went back up because I was having trouble with the keypad not staying up. Associate told me it must be the app and did nothing else to help resolve my problem. I left disappointed. The 3rd day I was having trouble setting up my Bluetooth in my car and was told "we don't deal with Bluetooth" and sent me on my way. Talk about horrible customer service. I will go out of my way next time I need help with my phone since I was treated so poorly. read more

I had a great experience at this AT&T store! Savannah helped me. She opened the door for me and immediately asked what I needed. She was the one that led me over to the products, and she also applied the screen protector on my phone for me - I wasn't gonna be able to do it myself without messing up, I'm sure! She also asked about my work and how my day was going, and made me feel appreciated. I am really grateful for this experience and will definitely go back! read more

My iPhone 6 'died' last week. I bought an iPhone 7 Saturday - two days ago. I just waited 10:20 minutes on the new phone which greatly disappoints me. The store sold me a recharging cable because the old phone wldnt recharge. The store couldn't transfer my data there, so they sent worker. Jessica's arm had a tatoo of a mermaid. Her hair was blonde on the bottom and at the top she's a brunete. She failed to do her job effectively. My new iPhone 7 has a number of problems and needs to be replaced!..........Jim S. read more

Had a terrible experience in this store. I came into upgrade to an iPhone 8 and to give my husband my 6 since he was still using a 4. Everything seemed to be going well. That is until I drove all the way home and discovered that my 6 said No Service. After calling the store, which took several attempts to speak to a real person, I was told that I needed a SIM card in order for my 6 to work on my husbands line. It was 3:10 and the store closed at 4 since it was Christmas Eve, so on a cold, wet afternoon, I had to drive back to the store for the SIM card or not have the phone usable for 2 days. My salesperson was with a customer, but could have taken 30 seconds to apologize. The manager? was very rude and said the salesman made a mistake. I understand making a mistake, but on something as routine as replacing a SIM card? I was treated like I was the one that made the mistake and that I was just an annoyance. Hopefully other ATT stores are different than this location. read more

Just went to AT&T and met this very nice salesperson named Reggie. Though he did initially try to upgrade me to an iPhone X, he quickly backed off when I said I wanted the 8. He helped me put a new screen protector on my phone and made sure all the bubbles were out. He had great customer service and even gave me a bag to walk out with! This location has bad reviews but if you come in, ask for Reggie and I promise you will be impressed! read more

Just walked into store to simply get a nanosim card. 4th in line. 5 representatives on the floor plus the one who took my name. It seems that it takes two representatives to deal with each customer and they work in a very laissez faire manner. No rush. Ridiculous. I would not recommend coming here. Or at least not at 11:30 am on monday. read more
