I met a sales person that has taken care of both my personal account and business account very well. Her name is Tess and she is on her game every time I need help with our plan or phones. I would recommend both this store and Tess as a sales person. I know most people that are trying to get you to buy a phone really pressure you into something but she really answered all my questions without making me feel like I needed to walk out with a phone. I was torn between the droid options and the iPhone 4. she helped me with all the issues I had and helped me figure a way to save money with our account also. When I went back to my boss I had a real list of positive reasons to add my line and move to a different account. I will be upset if she ever transfers or leaves Verizon. THEN I accidentally deleted everything from my iPhone while trying to turn "Find My" off. Like, I factory reset my phone!!! And she was like, "it's ok, we're going to figure it out." Ultimately, she got everything back, got me a phone upgrade, and got me hooked up with a good phone plan, all with a smile. It was very impressive!!

Today…read moreI bought a phone from this store while the employees were friendly they were not very knowledgeable. I bought the phone and they were going to wipe my old phone for a trade in this process took over an hour and half and never was completed. I get in my car excited with my new phone, plug it in to charge and it won't charge. The battery went from 51 to 1 percent and the phone was acting funny. I went into the store to see what was going on and the associate basically told me they couldn't help me, then called what I assume the manager named bridgette and she as well was unhelpful, at least the original associate was friendly unlike bridgette. I left the store and went to the cave springs store in tears. The gentleman who helped was kind and informative. They helped solve the problem and set me up with my original phone and told me the proper steps to get my new one fixed. I called Apple and was told I was sold a phone that had non Apple parts in it, and the whole situation seemed super shady. I now will have to send my brand new phone, that doesn't work, to Apple and wait for them to send me a completely new one. Luckily Apple has senior advisors looking into this matter to see why I was sold a phone that wasn't legitimate. The directions clearly state two options: Send it in or Go in store. I chose to go to the store since we needed a case for the new model. When I got to the store between 10 and 1030 am, a rather pasty and portly young man with reddish blond hair "assisted" me. I told him I was turning in a trade. His response was "That makes no sense what you just said." I repeated myself in a different way, but he became irritated, so I left thinking I made a mistake and didn't follow directions. I rechecked the instructions in the app, and upon seeing I correctly followed the instructions, I went back inside to show him the on the T-Mobile app. He said they don't do that. I asked him if this was a T-Mobile store? Yes. Is that a T-Mobile shirt you're wearing? Yes. Why can't you help me then? Then, get this, he said "ya know what? You can just leave." I said "that makes no sense what you just said." I thought that was a good one, but then the other T-Mobile employee, another pudgy, pasty guy, but with dark hair, threatened to call the police. Nobody was speaking in a raised tone nor volume. That was rude I felt. Anyhow, fast forward three hours. I went to another location about ten miles away, and they could not have been nicer (Chesterfield Valley, MO.) She explained there are some corporate stores and some independent retailers.
