We had very good service for just walking in cold... and we got to serve as a training experience for a newer guy, too. We had seen an ad for a special, less expensive rate for our cell phones -- we are trying to cut back a bit everywhere if possible -- and decided to come by to ask about it. This rate requires you to stop in at an actual physical store. We were in the area and looked up on Yelp for the closest AT&T store. So we stopped here. They were not very busy here. After a short wait while they helped another customer, they were able to assist us and answer all our questions. The two guys were quite nice. Especially since they spent time with us without the possibility of getting any commission on us. Unfortunately, we don't live nearby. Worst customer service, came here to change my SIM card, the guy keeping saying that my driver license wasn't scanning, and that I should go to dmv, what is an absurd, I travel every week with the same driver license. The guy keep smoking a vape cigar inside the store and literally Took me 1 hour to change the SIM card. Worst service ever, idefinitely I don't recommend this store read more

Imagine walking into a store and the employee is napping openly on a desk. This was the scene as I walked into this establishment to replace a broken phone and transfer carriers. The young man proceeded to give me every excuse he could come up with to deny service. He declared he didn't know how to operate the office phone in order to get the transfer pin from the other carrier (remember my phone is a brick in my pocket), then he explained he had no internet service to look up the number, and he refused to use his personal device to look it up. The entire exchange lasted no more than 5-10 minutes, but he did not let go of his vape pen for a split second, a contraption he holds dear to his heart and values more than his job I can only assume... When asked about another ATT location, he gave me the furthest one he could come up with, either maliciously or out of pure ineptitude, which I can't figure out which yet. I ended up going 5 minutes north and had a great experience at the other Weston location. Avoid at all cost, the bad reviews are warranted! read more

This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I took in my moms phone that was less than a month old and not working properly. The clerk did not even both to pull up the account or try to help. They told me it had a 2 week warranty and when I took out the paperwork it was really 12 months. The clerk also told me she did not know about phones and how to try to reset it so she took it next door to a private telephone store. This clerk knew nothing about how to treat customers. Because of her lack of customer service I switched to T-Mobile on the spot which the T-Mobile store is 2 doors down. At T-Mobile my mom is paying half the price and improved service. I have no idea why anyone would be a at customer at this point. read more

The AT&T' store in Weston has horrible customer service. Went in for new phone ask if a new galaxy note coming out soon employee stated no so I brought galaxy 10. Later I found out a new Samsung will be out August 21,2020. Try to return my phone for a refund and pre order new phone and they would not exchange phone because it was 15 day after purchase. You only have two weeks to return merchandise. Even If the employee gave you the wrong information. AT&T has no loyalty to their customers. I will be paying off my phone and going to another company. All the employees want to do is make a sale. Customer service at this store sucks. read more

Terrible! The wasted my entire afternoon. Spend 1 hr upgrading my phone for the manager "Clint" to come undo everything the other guy had done. Waste another 2 hrs of my life to get absolutely nothing done for me. Oh and they convinced me to upgrade my plan bc if would have been cheaper and then they give me a paper that said my bill wok be $65 more the next month. Gonna call att costumer service to try to figure out what this people had done. The manager I absolutely rude and condescending. Told him I've been here for 2 hrs said someone has been there for 6 like 2 hrs was nothing seriously? After I left I called att customer service bc I was so confused and realized the info they provided was completely inaccurate and they actually hadn't even changed my plan luckily not only that but they didn't even activate my phone. Spend another hr with att trying to figure out what happened. read more

Horrible experience customer rep did not want to put screen protector on my cell phone!! Because I didn't buy any new phones from him!

My wife went in with my stepson during one of the BOGO phone deals. The sales rep repeatedly told her that her when she questioned whether or not they qualified for the BOGO phone deal and the salesperson repeatedly assured her they qualified for the deal, so they got expensive phones. They also told us that the credits for the free phone would not show up for several months but then I would get a credit and the future payments would stop. So when I called after several months the customer service rep said they did not qualify because the BOGO phone deals require a new line and not the replacement of a phone on an old line. They never told my wife that. My wife asked repeatedly, do we qualify, are you sure, and the rep never told her that we needed a new line. Now I'm stuck paying for a phone we never would have bought thanks to a salesperson who either did not know what he was doing or flat out lied to complete a sale. I'm sure some jerk manager will say we should have read the fine print but why didn't the salesperson say something when asked repeatedly? read more
