Very unorganized. You really should have a way for people to check-in or sign-in when they arrive to eliminate confusion on who is next to be helped. Thank goodness for Nelson. Our sales representative, Nelson, at tMobil store in Weston is AMAZINGLY friendly and professional. Highly recommended but ask for Nelson. He is the best. He made sure all the issues were resolved with our lines being transferred from AT&T and that all our questions and concerns were resolved. went in to the store to upgrade our phones, upon walking there were 4 employees hovering around the front desk, all with really bored faces, we went through the process, I have a Note 3, and 2 Galaxy S4's, they knew the phones we were planning to upgrade to, and after going around in circles they tell us, they don't have the phones in stock, did nott offer to call another store, they all coped an attitude very unprofessional and to top it all off, start giving us attitude. They did not even give us his name, really poor experience. If a client walks in the store with a certain phone and asks to upgrade, and there is only one upgrade, wouldn't logic dictate that the first thing you do is tell the client, they don't even have the phone they are planning to upgrade to, before even taking the phone apart and making people waste time? No clue who the manager is, but I've never been in a store with such bad customer service, stopped by ATT and considering changing carriers, been with T-mobile since 2007. read more

T Mobile is so unbelievably terrible. Only thing they got going for them is a solid customer care line which is clear they heavily invested in due to the incompetence of the employees at their retail stores. Store #9664 in Davie/Weston(zip: 33331) is especially skillful with their deceitful selling tactics. Associates ignorant to their own plans, promotions and phones and associates which severely lack in proper customer service skills. Not even their exceptional customer service specialists could overcome the dissatisfaction I felt from dealing with this particular location. I, a T Mobile customer of 10+ years with 6 lines, will be cancelling all accounts and leaving to AT&T due to the deception this location showed me and my family. Associate: "Ediberto"(agent code:3042515) intentionally failing to mention hugely important details such as a tablet being fully charged on our bill after persistently claiming that its absolutely free after just paying the initial taxes. The store manager "Jenny" defensively implying that it was our fault for not understanding the awfully explained promotion and that she "couldnt" do anything about my situation although customer care claimed that she was supposed to. Whats most disheartening is that a store manager(who you would believe would have some business savviness) would be willing to lose a longtime customer over a tablet which, at most, cost them $150-$200! Its simple math -- my bill was $360/month - multiply by 12 = $4320. $4320 - $200(cost of tablet) = $4120! So she'd rather lose T Mobile $4000+/yr over $200(which was literally still new in box that I was willing to return). Thats not counting the 10+ years of $4000 that Ive already paid and 10+ years of $4000 that I was going to pay. So $40,000 over the next 10 years will now be going to AT&T instead of T Mobile cause Jenny the store manager at store#9664 decided that a $200 tablet was more important to the business. AT&T now offers the unlimited plan that T Mobile was known for and they offer it for the same rate + significantly better coverage. The experience I had at this particular store opened my eyes to other phone carriers and their plans. Something I would never thought about doing cause I was under the delusional impression that I was being appreciated for my loyalty here at T Mobile but unfortunately realizing that I clearly was not -- enough to be deceived into taking on the full charge of a totally unneeded $300 tablet and being told "too bad" once I realized the charge on my bill which I (conveniently for them) received 3 weeks later, 7 days after the apparent 14 day return policy. read more

Went in to get a new phone and although the store was busy and customers were being extremely rude, the staff kept their cool and found ways to make everyone waiting leave happily. Giscard specifically helped me out and made sure all my needs were met. You can definitely tell this company cares about their customers. read more

Avoid at all costs! They're good at trying to sell you the phone but that is ALL they care about. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE when it comes to your account and services. They don't even know what they're talking about, everyone tells you something different. I don't even know how that store is still operating. I decided to upgrade my iPhone 6 to iPhone 7 plus. They didn't have the rose gold 7 plus in store so instead of driving to another location that had it, I ordered it from this store to be delivered to my house. I figured it was the right thing to do since the employee helped me and I know they work were off commissions. So I pay a down payment and when my phone comes in the mail the following week I return to the store to pay the rest of my phone off. Then on our next monthly bill, they still charged me $30 for the phone. I call them to let them know hey, this phone is fully paid off so why am I still being charged $30? Their response? That you cannot fully purchase a phone (so then why did they let me?) and that there was an upgrade fee (that they DID NOT tell me about). Super ridiculous! If these are all rules then let the customer know before they spend $920 on a phone. This has been beyond aggravating, I've traveled to and from the store several times and they still have not fixed the problem. I'm going again today. Really tempted to switch carriers but I like to think it's not t-mobile that's the problem, it's this particularly embarrassing store. If you think I'm exaggerating take a look at the other reviews. The people at this store has no idea of what they're doing neither do they value people time and money. I went there yesterday 1/24/18 to inquire about opening a single line. I informed the representative that I want to use the iPhone that I already have and that I want to keep the same number as well. He informed me of my options, and I decided that prepaid was best for me. He then proceeded to "check" if my iPhone was unlocked. He took my SIM card out and placed the T-Mobile SIM card in and claimed my phone was unlocked although the phone had never finished activating. During the wait for activation the representative took down my information, opened an account and had me pay for the account which was $64.00. After the payment he then realized that my phone was not an unlocked iPhone, and instructed me to go two doors down to the sprint and ask them to unlock the phone. At sprint, they were not able to unlock my phone right away due to the account I'm on. I returned to T-Mobile to inform them of the situation and ask for a refund because I wouldn't be able to use their service. Upon my return I sat there for an HOUR. Eventually I told a representative that I was just there for a refund in which she went to get their abrasive, rude and unprofessional manager, Lisseth. This woman told me that she could not give me my refund for an prepaid account and began to blame it on my device. An Apple iPhone 7plus! She did not take responsibility that her employee did not correctly do his job. He should have made sure that the phone was unlocked before charging me. She told me that I would have to dispute the claim with my bank. Which means to LIE to my bank and say that the payment was not authorized by me and that my card was compromised. In which that causes more trouble because then I have to get a new debit card and change my passwords !! I then asked for a district managers email or phone number and she handed me HER OWN business card and told me that she was the only person I could speak to. At this point I have not received my refund. I do not have an account with T-Mobile and I never will after this experience. Do not go to this store and give these people your money. I went into the store to get a Samsung 5 unlocked but was told that they were running a BOGO free deal on their Samsung phones. I was interested in the S9+ model. They gave me the price of $696.00 that would be charged over 24 months. I was hemming and hawing when the mgr. said, "What do I need to do, to make this deal happen" I said waive the $25. each activation fee. He said yes. I went home, got my husband, and returned. Started the paperwork and was told that the activation fee was only going to be waived if we bought the access. bundle! We got this worked out but the salesman then came back and said that the BOGO deal didn't include the S9+ model!!! and the price she gave me was a mistake. Came in Monday morning 12/17/18 due to stolen phone. Purchased new iphone 8. During the next two days phone had issue with hot spot. Returned Wednesday 12/19/18 to be told phone had not been configured for that. Phone was worked on. For the next two days phone continued to work poorly with hot spot. Came back Friday morning 12/21/18. Was told the wet strip had been activated, and that it had water damage which was not possible since I placed a case and screen protector from day one. Cell phone never left my possession never came close to any fluids. Asked for manager, Lisseth Del Cid who told me it had water damage she had determined, exchange could not be made. Called T-Mobile and was advised to go to Apple store. Went to Galleria Apple store, phone opened in front of me, and rep tells me water strip is white, never activated, no water damage. GOT written report from Apple stating "No internal liquid damage or triggered indications found" and "unit has logic board defect, whole unit must be replaced". Returned with report Saturday morning 12/22/18, presented report to manager Lisseth Del Cid her response "why didn't Apple take it back" to which I responded "because I bought it here and you should exchange it here". Ms. Del Cid re-inspected phone and still claims the water strip was tripped. Called 611 T-Mobile customer service spoke with her supervisor Michael Martinez who asked to speak with her. It was obvious she is concerned about how returns negatively affect "her" store and she tells him she is flagging my account. She now tells me I can exchange the phone. I asked and received a full refund and made other arrangements somewhere else. Those were the facts not my opinion. One other fact and one opinion: I will never return to this T-Mobile store (fact) and I caution you if you go there (my opinion). BTW I will be contacting corporate. read more

I have never had a more negative experience at a T-Mobile store in my life. Today I went in to see if I could take advantage of an upgrade I had been told about previously. One of the employees told me it was possible so I paid a down payment for an iPhone and the outstanding balance on my account. However, the manager of the store then came over and told me that it couldn't be done. Now we all know that the customer is always right, and I tried to tell her that he already acknowledged that I could do it. She barked at me, raising her voice and told me that it wasn't possible and repeated the same thing every time. I said ok. My mom spoke to me in Spanish and the lady said, "I don't speak Spanish so if you are going to speak at me then do so in english." This manager has spoken down to me five previous times.
