Every time I go into this AT&T location they are not very helpful. The store manager Hebah is very rude and has poor customer service.

I visited on March 18, 2021. I went on a weekday at 11AM, when I figured it would be slow. I figured wrong. Dead wrong actually. I looked at the door and there were 6 signs about COVID-19. I am all about protection, but this was beyond overkill. The AT&T is very sizable, but they were only letting one customer in at a time. You had to sign in and wait in your car. There were 3 customers ahead of me. I left and spoke to a customer outside. He said he was waiting for an hour. I left and went to a different AT&T, and failed to get the desired outcome. I am all about safety and security during these challenging times. However, I do not feel businesses should be treated like a bomb just went off inside of them or like it is World War III. We do not need 6 signs on the door and having to wait in our car for a large room to take one customer at a time. This review also reflects a body of issues that I experienced at AT&T, as I left a long time ago for TMobile. I think TMobile is a superior carrier, which offers good service. Where to even begin with this location. Don't show up until at least 25 minutes after they are supposed to be open... because no one shows up on time. And when they do, they'll ask you to wait outside while they get set up.... which (to the best of my knowledge) would be things you do BEFORE the store opens?? I was worried about going to a corporate At&t store, because of the possibility of having to wait in line for a long time, luckily this wasn't the case. A woman greeted us when we walked in and asked for my first name and last initial. That threw me off, and seemed strange but I didn't ask questions. A customer service rep named Kyle helped us out. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and got us out of there with haste. We left with 2 phones on a family plan, 700 minutes unlimited data and text. At&t is a bit expensive, but so far the phone and service has been outstanding. read more

Attention customers, this is a STORE. Those individuals are there to sell products only. They are not customer service. There is a customer service number on your bill for you to use. This will reduce wait times. When it's super busy, that's probably because the salesman is trying their best to help someone with issues that isn't in their job description. read more

I absolutely never take the time to write reviews whether good or bad. I'm a single mother of two with my hands full!! I went into the store today to purchase a cell phone for my 5 year old son. As I mentioned above, I am divorced and share custody with his dad. The phone is to be used when he is with him so I can call him and his brother directly. We were helped by a lady named Asia. Actually, Nyaisha according to her card, but her name tag said "Asia". Either way, she was awesome!!! So incredibly helpful and so nice to my son who just turned 5 today! She took her time helping us find the best phone for him, she played with him, made him feel comfortable when typically he is super shy! She was just overall excellent. Again, I hate writing reviews but I felt she should be commended for her service. I already placed a call to the store to let her manager know and am waiting for a call back. Anyway, I have been with AT&T for many many years and I can't say I have ever had an enjoyable experience going into one of the stores. This was different and I got her card and plan on seeing her anytime I need new service, etc. So, in a world full of sales people who only care about the numbers, I have to say thank you for finding someone like Asia to assist us today!! read more

Inlaws are living in Deerfield. Has picked AT+T for there phone, internet and cable tv. ATT on the phone has giving them the run around for a week now and NO SERVICE! Has a HOLE in the yard promises to send someone out and Nothing! Terrible. These are Elderly people in there 80 and they are getting treated like DIRT! One is almost house bound and relies on the TV for entertainment. read more

Awful customer service 2x same month, not personable representatives either. Went there today to return screen protector that wasn't opened and they advised it had to be returned within 14 days of purchase. It was purchased 15 days ago and they wouldn't give a refund with the receipt. There was only a non experienced supervisor on the floor who was unable to accommodate the customer. Called ATT customer service and they advised the manager on duty should have honored the request. read more

The single star belongs to AT&T not to three of its associates at this store. They get 5 stars. So if you simply must deal with AT&T, at a brick and mortar, I can recommend this location. Carlos, Ashanti and Baha (sp) all did their best to make a sale pleasant and fast and then later to help reverse/resolve a situation precipitated by ATT Contract Sales. I went in to get a prepay account and came out with my phone blacklisted! Contract sales claimed that it was reported stolen when it has never left my possession since I bought it under contract. They admitted there was no outstanding balance or charges which I knew, as I have not had an account with AT&T for nearly a year and my credit card company could verify it was paid in full. Before that didn't work they said Apple had reported the phone stolen. Doesn't sound like something Apple would do. I didn't buy the phone from them, I bought it from ATT, so, no, not something Apple would do. This meant more time spent on a call to Apple who basically said ATT is blowing SUYS. Already knew that but why was ATT doing this? 3 phone calls and 1 trip back to the store to reverse the autopay for the pay as you go and return the SIM card, the Contract Sales associate I spoke to in store, said there's no reason why the phone is blacklisted but no way to unblacklist it either. BUT, if I wanted to sign up for a new 30 month or at least a 2 year contract, he'd send a 'free' iphone, as long as I paid the taxes and he could make the blacklisting 'go away'. But if I didn't do that, I could try to get my phone un-blacklisted but he said basically good luck with that, it takes months and, oh yeah, your phone is blacklisted across all carriers and cellular providers. Oh, really?? Seriously? Could it be all these hours of aggravation were spent on a hustle? I can't say that for sure but... So, thanks to the trio in the store for getting the charges reversed but no thanks to anything ATT, ever again. read more

Juan knows his stuff & was extremely helpful. Any complaints of customer service are because the employees don't jump all over you. Just walk over, smile & ask for help ... They will help you! Shop online before going in or use their wifi on your own device to scope their offers ... Best to have an idea what you want before going into the store, or at least ask questions & listen, then make decision. Many complainers make themselves sound like know-it-alls or bullies. Can't really complain about the cell service ... All cell services seem spotty in South Florida. I'm sure more towers eventually will be added. read more

This is the worst provider I have ever been with. Each Time you call, you are placed with someone who has zero reception. Everything sounds like you are doing it through a crumbled up piece of paper on the other line. Also, they are rude. Pay more to get more. It's worth it. read more

I will never TRY to go this AT&T store again. I wanted to look at a couple phones and get their opinion on certain models. I arrived at 7:15 and the store was basically closed. Short of turning the lights off and locking the door they were ready to leave. The sign on the door says they close at 8. The sales associate was more concerned with the football game on the tv and cursing me out under his breath as I walked up then greeting me as I walked through the door. I can't speak to their customer service seeing as I didn't get any but all I know is I will never recommend this store and I will never walk through that door again. Business lost. read more
