I came here 12/7 to repair my phone screen due to water damage. I dropped my phone off between 12-1 pm. I never received a call regarding my phone status so I didn't get my phone back until 6 or 7 pm. My screen was visibly different than the original screen which made me feel unsettled but relieved it was working again. Due to the new screen, I no longer had Face ID. My total was around $100 1/10 I noticed my new screen was lifting off, literally coming off out of nowhere. A few days go by and the screen cracked at the bottom due to the screen not being properly secured on the phone. I stopped by today to hopefully get it repaired and he wanted to charge me $85 to replace the screen. I would have not had this issue if the screen was properly secured the first time. Why should I pay for a new screen again? It was not my fault. It's unfortunate that companies do not go above for customers services. They literally did not install my screen correctly! And now I am responsible for the damage. Waste.

It was so nice to have someone answer the phone. I am not crazy about these automated tellers you get when you call a business, so it's nice to have a real person answer. This place is in the western side of the Walmart. This nice lady helped me out and completed the job. My phone case was not in great shape, so I wound up buying a new phone case also for a good price. Apparently this place does all types of tech repairs, not just for phones. And if you want to buy some fresh coffee, they sell it there also. I would recommend this place.

It was shattered and possibly needed a whole new "house" as it was called. I dropped by today, came in, within 5 mins was quoted (super affordable!) and device was fixed within 1.5 hour timeline (honestly, it was fixed faster). He was so nice, he could see my son was a little upset that he had to hand his phone over (he's on the spectrum and electronics are his special interest) and acknowledged him with kindness asking him if he was okay and explained to him what needed to be done.
