I purchased a $2200 refrigerator there. I love it right after I purchased it. I got an email saying there is a $600 mail in Rebate. I fit the criteria Whirlpool wouldn't help me and my salesman. Jay would not help me and I tried calling customer service at Brandsmart in Deerfield and they don't answer their phone. Ideally, I should get $700 back but I'll take the 600 MAIL and Rebate if someone can help me get it but I should not have to beg for it I waited 70 years to have water in the door and I am retired and need that money. Do not buy from Brandsmart!!!! Purchased a LG washer and dryer in August 2025. After 6 months our clothes started getting black grease on them. Contacted Brandsmart they came out to fix and had to order parts. Did not work. Came back in March samething again. Came back in April samething. Now May samething. Always saying they had to order parts. I never asked for replacement only wanted to be fixed. They sold us a lemon. Now we are contacting our Attorney Generals Office to register a complaint. Read other reviews and you will see they are not going to help there customers when there is a problem. We have ruined a lot of clothes in the last 4 months. I have purchased 2 other sets of washer/dryer from them no problems. In the last 30 years I have puchased many other things a well. I placed an order on their website. They took my money without fail, but failed to send my order. When I waited for nearly an hour for a Customer Service Agent, I was told that my item was sold out. Yet, it is still being sold on the website with no notification that it is not in stock. I received no email from them either, letting me know of the inventory information. I needed this item and they screwed me. I was forced to pay $20 more for the item elsewhere and pay for next day delivery. So the saga continues.... I am still waiting for my refrigerator to be repaired by Brandsmart repair with an extended warranty purchased. Hands down, this has been the worse experience I've experienced in a long time. I have already spent hours of my time on hold with this company. I have always been a person to refrain from posting horribly negative reviews, but this company need help with customer service. I have spoken to numerous supervisors and continuously receive mixed messages with the end result being a broken fridge. I am very upset. Do not ever buy anything from BrandsMart! I bought a new home and got $5000 worth of appliances last March. We bought a washer/dryer combo. It stopped working 4 months ago! We have had them come 3 times to try and fix and they haven't been able to fix it. I have so many issues getting someone to come. 4 month really! I have been having to take my laundry to the laundry mat and pay for that. It's a fortune! I keep getting the run around about getting it fixed! Don't buy an important appliance that might need service and installation from BrandsMart. There install service is terrible, they installed a washer dryer stack and left without turning on the water., they had to come back check the unit over a week later. They found they had not turned the water on and did that and left. I bought the recommended dryer hose as recommended but they did not change it. The dryer is not working correctly so after a runaround with BrandsMart customer service a rude young tech arrived walked in and looked at the machine and said I don't do this work the techs do it. Then he said I have to get a contacted! Bottom line is don't buy anything like a major appliance from BrandsMart they have zero customer service make mistakes and leave you hanging. There are fine companies to do business with for this type of product BrandsMart is not one of them! Buyer beware. read more

The store told me there's nothing they could do. I tried to go through customer service I could never get through.
