It's small, but you can get the same level of service as you would from a bigger T-Mobile location. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. We were able to order our new phones, when the phones arrived, we were contacted. We came to the store, completed our order process and get our questions answered. My wife and I didn't have any negative experiences here. I saw some negative comments from other reviewers, no issues during our two visits. He told me $55 for a new battery and he could do it right then and it would only take 15-20 minutes. Considering the Apple store requires leaving your phone and costs more I gave it a shot. The place was on a major road and easy to find and true to his word, the job was done in less than 15 minutes. In addition, he replaced my rear facing camera for just $30 and now my phone is as good as new. I called and the woman who answered (second ring, by the way, no long drawn-out introduction message) listened patiently and empathetically as I went on, and on, and on, about how embarrassed I was and I knew better, etc. She assured me Epoch would be happy to make it all better. No pressure or hype, just bring the laptop in and Epoch will take care of getting rid of any malicious software that the hackers loaded onto my hard drive. I did that and in less than 24 hours (yes, a little $$$ extra for expedited service) my laptop was clean as a whistle. Matt and Doo Yen were wonderful. So pleasant and patient which is exactly what I needed. This hacking event spurred me on to get a new desktop and Matt came and picked up both the old and the new desktop and brought it back the next day with all of my files loaded onto my new machine. Matt made it easy for me to access all of my files which is amazing if you've ever had to bring all of your files over from an old computer to a new one. I am up and running again (I work part time for a lawyer) and I feel assured my machines are clean and running at peak speed and Epoch turned a very stressful situation into a happy ending. I didnt like they were lying and claiming to be someone they weren't. It was all very scammy. I tried to budge on the price but the guy there whoever he was refused. I had a friend call and see if Steve was there still and the guy on phone told him the repair would be $110. Clearly they are liars and no one should take anything they tell you as the truth. I brought CPS a Maxtor disc drive with what I thought was a bad motor. I thought that was the…read moreproblem because when I tried to use it, the unit was dead quiet, no sound of the disc turning, no vibration, nothing. The owner told me there was a bad sector on the disc and he wanted to sell me a new remote drive. Very expensive! Something didn't seem right so I paid him for the work he had done and took my drive home. On another occasion, I brought in my cell phone to replace a damaged screen. He didn't tell me it couldn't be fixed, neither did he say it had to be sent out for repair, which turned out to be the truth. He did say it would ready in a couple days. So after a couple days I went back to check on it and found out it wasn't ready and it wasn't in the store. I asked why he would say "ready in a couple days" when the truth was something else. All he would say was " we'll call when it's done". No other details provided. When I asked again why didn't he say that when I brought it in, he just kept repeating "we'll call when it's done", like a parrot. If you've had good experience with this shop, consider yourself lucky.
