Who works there is a total scammer. They fixed my son's Xbox on June 18 and I brought it there today on August 16 to be fixed again because it was no longer working. When I paid $106 the first time he told me it came with a warranty for three months. He then today told me that it was almost 3 months, but when I pointed out to him on a calendar that it was barely 2 months, he told me it was from where and tear on the HDMI port. I think it was very mediocre work done the first time causing it to have another issue. He should have fixed it again for free or at least half price and didn't. My recommendation is to steer clear. I think he does Shawty work so that you have to come back to him because he claims he has a warranty buyer beware. read more

I'm visiting from out of state and I needed to replace a swollen battery in my iPhone. I found this place by searching Google maps for the closest repair shop and this was further from a couple others but their website seemed very professional so I gave them a call. He told me $55 for a new battery and he could do it right then and it would only take 15-20 minutes. Considering the Apple store requires leaving your phone and costs more I gave it a shot. The place was on a major road and easy to find and true to his word, the job was done in less than 15 minutes. In addition, he replaced my rear facing camera for just $30 and now my phone is as good as new. So I went and got my screen fixed on my iPhone and they were super quick and cheap. I was in and out in 10 minutes top. Fast forward to 2 weeks later. My screen started to pop off my phone. I didn't realize that's what it was at first so as I started to remove my case a piece of glass cracked because it was literally lifting off of my phone. I called and the gentleman that answered the phone could not have been more rude. Basically said it was my fault and because a piece of the screen cracked (how could it not it was completely lifting off the phone!) I would have to pay again. It was literally 2 weeks since I had been there. No drops, nothing. Well I went and got it fixed today somewhere else and without me even telling the story he said did you have your screen fixed once before and I said yes and he said well they ripped you off...3 screws were missing! Hence the screen popping off. This place is a joke. They could have owned up to their mistakes and replaced it and all would have been fine. Buyer beware! They replaced my iPhone 7plus screen with cheap replacement glass that was noticeably darker than my original screen. After just two months the glass started bubbling up in the corner and that led to a crack when I had my phone in the cold car. I went back in and told them this was not acceptable, and they told me that was impossible. Well my man, it was possible. It is possible when you use cheap material and do a terrible job with installing the glass. Never trust your phone at this shop. Quick doesn't mean quality! Zero stars if possible. The touchscreen on my iPhone was acting weird. It wasn't dropped or wet- it was working fine around 8 am and then by around noon it just got wonky. It was working in only certain spots. I thought I was going to need a new phone. Called this place and they told me to bring it in so I did. They told me the price up front ($79) and that it wasn't a full guarantee that it would fix the issue but they said based on their experience that they were pretty confident that a new screen would fix the issue. They did it all rather quickly and they sent me on my way. The guy who did the work also recommended a screen protector which was an additional $10 and I'll probably be really glad that I invested in that the next time I drop it! I brought an old iPhone 4s to have the screen fixed so that I could get the 100's of pictures and videos I had on it . It cost $80 and was done in 35 minutes . I was very happy . The only reason why I gave three stars was that the Internet says they open at 9am on Saturdays which they actually open at 10am . So I sat in the parking lot for an hour . Also, the guy was constantly receiving and giving texts the whole time he was working on my phone . I brought my IphoneX in to have a cracked screen repaired and the guy that repaired my screen screen was nice and he replaced it within 20 minutes and for a good price. However, I was not informed before they started working on the screen that the replacement screen was not an actual screen from Apple. It has a different color to it and its not as bright as the screen from Apple. Also, the touchscreen on this replacement screen is not as accurate as the one from Apple I have trouble turning on the flashlight and using some of the other button at times. It appears that my battery is dying faster now than before but that might be because I need to leave the screen brightness higher now that the replacement screen is not as bright. I guess I should have asked prior to them starting on the phone but you would have thought this would have been the first thing brought to my attention. If it wasn't for this the experience would have been great and I would have given 5 stars. read more

Where do I get started this is the worst business I have ever been too . I paid a total of 140 to get my screen fix after that I went and paid 80 dollars for a case upon getting home that day I notice my screen was cracking in several places . By day 5 my screen was looking horrible . I called the guy up he kept bs'n me then I finally talked to the owner where he tried bargain with me for 75$ . I ended up sucking it up and taking my phone to Steves iPhone repair where he fixed my screen for less and threw in a case and tempur glass screen . He informed me the screen I was sold was defected and was known as a Chinese market screen which is sold at retail for about 10x less as a regular screen. read more
